However, tertiary institutions continue to chant out a large number of graduates, increasing the rate of unemployment. Regardless of the tertiary institutions introducing entrepreneurship education, graduates continue to seek employment instead of creating it. This study analyses the introduction of entrepreneurship education in secondary schools to create entrepreneurship intentions in students.\u0000Research Methodology: The researcher adopted an interpretative paradigm that advocates a qualitative approach. The study face-to-face interviewed 17 head teachers from secondary schools in the Mashonaland West Province. This study thematically deduces entrepreneurship teaching methods, entrepreneurship content, and entrepreneurship assessment methods as sub-concepts that, if implemented, lead to entrepreneurship intention.\u0000Results: The researcher established that entrepreneurship education leads to entrepreneurship intentions if introduced in secondary schools. However, it requires commitment from policy designers and implementers to achieve the intended goals. This study recommends the adoption of entrepreneurship education based on a funding model supported by stakeholders, including financial institutions and the government.\u0000Limitations: The study had a methodological limitation in that the sample size was small (17 head teachers).\u0000Contributions: This study contributes to educational policy changes through the introduction of entrepreneurship education and its curriculum.\u0000Novelty: This study analyzed the implementation of entrepreneurship education in secondary schools as a vehicle to solve the unemployment challenge.

Research Methodology: The study was mainly quantitative in nature. To acquire primary data, the upazilas of Koira and Dumuria in the Khulna district, as well as Shyamnagar, Debhata, and Tala in the Satkhira district, were conveniently sampled because a sizable portion of Sundarbans are located there. A total of 365 individuals from five preselected locations completed a standardized questionnaire to provide information, and respondents were selected using a simple random sampling procedure. Statistics, such as frequency and percentage, and the logistic regression (LR) model were used to examine the data. Results: Among the independent variables included in the NES framework, only eight variables—advantages of natural diversity, natural complications, compatibility, multi-culture opportunity, diversity of life, job opportunity, GDP contribution, and income opportunity—significantly influenced the sustainable development of tourism in the Sundarbans area. Limitations: This research is based on the selected sample about the sustainability, protection, and promotion of Sundarbans, but most of the respondents had limited ideas about these key issues. Contributions: If a sustainable communication system and a standard resort or hotel-motel are built, domestic and foreign tourists will be interested. Additionally, specific policies and adequate security arrangements should be implemented. Above all, the concerned ministries of the government should come forward to create awareness among the people living in the Sundarban area to protect the natural diversity of the region.

Research Methodology: Data were collected using questionnaires from 95 hotel guests in the DKI Jakarta region. Descriptive analysis and logistic regression were employed as analytical methods. Results: The results of the logistic regression revealed that education level and cost of hotel stay are significant determinants of non-Muslim consumers' selection of halal hotels. Limitations: This study was limited by its sample size of 95 visitors and geographical restrictions on the DKI Jakarta area. These variables may have affected the generalizability of our results. Contributions: This research enriches the halal tourism domain by elucidating non-Muslim guests' views on halal hotels and offering invaluable guidance for hoteliers, tourism entities, and policymakers to expand their target clientele in halal travel. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in its focus on non-Muslim consumer perceptions, providing empirical evidence on how education and price influence hotel selection in the context of halal tourism.

Research Methodology: This study adopted a quantitative research method, alongside descriptive and explanatory research designs. Primary data were gathered from 400 SMEs in the general trading and manufacturing industries. Descriptive statistical analyses and Pearson multiple regression analyses were performed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSvs.26) and XL Stats. Results: The most critical challenges faced by SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic include a decrease in sales revenue, followed by the inability of SMEs to pay staff, retrenchment of workers, shortages of raw materials, halted operations, difficulty in supplying goods and services, inability to repay loans, insufficient capital, cash flow shortages, accounting deficiencies, and the least critical challenge associated with a lack of advanced technology. The next major finding was that lockdowns, movement restrictions, social distancing, and market closures had significant negative effects on SMEs’ growth. Limitations: Varied responses from SMEs in other regions and industries in the country were not gathered. Furthermore, the research instrument ignored the direct views of SME owners and managers regarding the challenges they encountered. Contributions: The findings are important for entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs, financial institutions, government, and other stakeholders for decision-making purposes. Novelty: The effect of the pandemic has mostly been linked to financial performance. No study in the Ghanaian context has investigated the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the growth of trading and manufacturing SMEs.

Research Methodology: This study collected data from resort managers/operators and employees in Montalban using thematic analysis. The data were analyzed using systems theory to identify the interconnection of the economic, social, and environmental components of sustainable resort development. Results: The study found that resorts in Montalban are commercially viable, but environmental and social sustainability has been compromised since their founding and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The overexploitation of natural resources by resorts has led to concerns about groundwater level and water quality, while employees are subjected to precarious work and low income. Limitations: This study was limited by the sample size of the resorts in Montalban. Contributions: This study contributes to the current knowledge of sustainable resort-related tourism growth in rural destinations, particularly tourism destinations in the Philippines. This research seeks to educate policymakers, other tourism stakeholders, and local tourism communities on the need to shift their focus to more sustainable development. Novelty: This study pioneers the investigation of sustainability in resort-related tourism growth in the Philippines using the case of Montalban Rizal and the use of the system model in the qualitative study of sustainability in tourism destinations.
