At the same time, the manufacturing industry is the sector with the most significant contribution to GRDP. However, Labuh Air Pandan Village is not recorded as a contributor to local revenue, even though this village has the most significant agricultural land compared to other villages because the village products have not competed with other local products. After all, so far, they have been packaged in conventional forms. In addition, as an area directly adjacent to the Bangka Strait, this village has quite a lot of potential for marine products. However, the marine products obtained are only sold in raw commodities without further processing, such as finished products. This activity aims to provide socialization regarding fish processing and product packaging for farmer and fisherman groups in Labuhan Air Pandan Village. The method of this service activity is educative and demonstration by conducting socialization of making fish sauce and socializing product packaging. This activity lasted for one month in Labuh Air Pandan Village. Evaluation is done by providing feedback in the form of a list of questions related to understanding and interest in this activity. The Indonesian government spends billions of rupiahs to encourage the millennial generation to become young entrepreneurs by developing startups to grow the Indonesian economy. Therefore, to support the government program, this service activity aims to understand technology-based entrepreneurial activities for students at Madrasah Aliyah Ridhlo Walidain NW, Batu Bangka, Jnggik that students' interest in entrepreneurship will increase and, they can become actors technopreneurs in the future. The participants understood the use of e-commerce to support the birth of new entrepreneurs who later could strengthen the finances and economy for home-based businesses. The method used to achieve this goal is by conducting lectures and practices using available platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Google Business. The results obtained from the activity are understanding the basic techniques for carrying out technology-based entrepreneurial activities. One application of technology in the learning process is the use of learning videos. Especially during the current Covid 19 pandemic that applies online learning, videos can be an alternative source for learning. However, in reality, many teachers in Indonesia cannot make learning videos. Online learning is currently mostly only in the form of providing material from textbooks, discussions via WA, visiting students' homes to give assignments, and so on, so it is not optimal. Therefore, this training activity aims to train teachers in making learning videos so that teachers have other alternatives as a source of student learning. This activity is in the form of training in making and editing videos using the Bandicam application, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and the Kinemaster application. This community service aims to help students increase students' readiness and expertise in solving the national exam for competency skills in the multimedia field. This activity's target is the XII grade students of SMK NW Wanasaba, the main partners. This activity's target and output is the development of skills to work on skills competency National Examination questions, which are skills. The method is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). This activity was providing practical knowledge and skills to students of SMK NW Wanasaba. In professional competence, educators must take advantage of information and communication technology to communicate and develop themselves. This community service activity aims to support the educator in gaining professional competence. Significantly to improve Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' professional competence and encourage the realization of good learning, especially in making questions and materials that require Arabic Al-Qur'an components in it. Thirty-five religious teachers from 34 Elementary School Education units, both public and private, who are members of the KKGPAI (Islamic Religious Education Teachers Working Group) throughout the Setiabudi sub-district attended this training. The training method uses lectures and demonstrations or direct practice. The community service team's task is to help teachers who initially do not understand and cannot make Arabian font or language with computers. Therefore, through in-teacher training, the educator can make PAI questions and written works in Arabic using computers. Even though the course institution is a well-known course institution in Indonesia, these graduates are relatively fast reading and speaking English. However, this word's smooth production was not matched with variations in voice, changes in intonation, and minimal meaning. As a lecturer in the English department, this is also our responsibility. Moreover, these graduates are now having their English course institutions independently. They are required to be able to communicate with their students. It is hoped that the current course institutions, especially in the Selong sub-district, can improve the quality of learning by applying correct public speaking techniques. Therefore, it is necessary to hold public speaking training for tutors at English language course institutions. The service plans carried out are: 1.) Delivery of mentoring material, 2.) Implementation of speaking practice in internal forums, 3.) Study tours at other course institutions, 4. ) Practicing speaking as well as evaluating outside the forum.
