As researchers investigated for high-performance digital circuits for future generations, Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistors (CNTFETs) is considered as the most promising technology due to their excellent current driving capability and proved to be an alternative to conventional CMOS technology. A CNTFET based energy efficient ternary operators are proposed for scrambling applications. The transistor-level implementations of operators namely Scrambling Operator1 (SOP1), Scrambling Operator2 (SOP2) and SUM operators are simulated with CMOS and CNTFET in 32 nm technology at 0.9 V supply voltage using Synopsys HSPICE. The performance metrics like Power, Delay and Power-delay product (PDP) are measured and a comparative analysis for CNTFET and CMOS technologies is carried out. The results demonstrate that CNTFET designs have better-optimized results in power, energy consumption, and reduced transistor count.","PeriodicalId":268157,"journal":{"name":"Volume 4,Issue 5,2018","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133966436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their structural, optical and electrical properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) study shows polycrystalline nature of the films with orthorhombic crystal structure. The grain size (D) was observed in the range of 14 nm to 30 nm. The FESEM images of the FTO thin films reveals that the films have smooth and homogeneous surface morphology with thin granular grains distributed throughout the surface. EDX analysis confirms the presence of Sn, O and F elements in the prepared FTO thin films. Photoluminescence (PL) spectrum shows a broad emission which covers near band edge (NBE) as well as deep level emissions (DLE) in the region 380 nm and 620 nm. From the hall effect measurements, it was observed that all the films exhibit n-type conductivity. The sample grown with 10 at. % of fluorine showed the highest transmission percentage (80%) with high mobility and conductivity, which are basic requirements for a TCO.","PeriodicalId":268157,"journal":{"name":"Volume 4,Issue 5,2018","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114914043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In all pH, 4-nitrophenol exhibits three oxidation peaks in forward scan and three reduction peaks in reverse scan in the CV. The peak current reached its maximum value at pH 7.0. The effect of scan rate was studied between 25 and 500 mVs-1 at pH 7. CV results revealed the diffusion-controlled reaction at the electrode surface. The atomic force microscopy used for studies of morphological behavior of nanosize polyaniline and compound adsorbed on PANI surface. Under optimum DPSV experimental conditions, the influence of concentration on the stripping signal was studied A linear relationship between peak current and concentration is obtained in the range 100 to 500 ppb, with lower detection limit of 50 ppb on PANI/GCE. The first-order temperature coefficients for E12g and A1g modes are found to be -0.0133 cm-1K-1 and -0.0092 cm-1K-1, respectively. The physical origin of the non-linear temperature dependence is analyzed using an analytical model that includes contribution of the thermal expansion and an-harmonic effects to the lattice potential. Our analysis suggests that the non-linear temperature dependence of E12g and A1g modes mainly originates from the an-harmonic contributions from three-phonon and four-phonon scattering.","PeriodicalId":268157,"journal":{"name":"Volume 4,Issue 5,2018","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124208036","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The flower extract and silver nanoparticles were screened for in vitro antioxidant activity by oxygen radical scavenging such as DPPH, total antioxidant assay and superoxide radical scavenging activity at different concentrations. The antioxidant potential was found to be dose dependent. AgNPs possess probable antioxidant activity as compared with Hydrophila auriculata leaf extract and near to the standard. It is an obvious indication that the resulting activity of the AgNPs is not due to any capping agents, which are found in minute amounts but is due to the elemental silver.","PeriodicalId":268157,"journal":{"name":"Volume 4,Issue 5,2018","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127347327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Fe3O4 films on Si (100) and MgO (100) substrates were investigated though the angle-integrated photoemission spectroscopy (AIPES) at room temperature in the energy range 45-65 eV. Depending on the strain state of the films, the Raman modes and the Verwey transition temperature show deviations from the corresponding bulk values. The valence band feature at 2.7 eV (3.5 eV) shifts towards (away) the Fermi level with an increase (decrease) in strain resulting in decrease (increase) of density of states (DOS) of the minority spin Fe(A) 3d-eg band (majority spin Fe(B) 3d-t2g band). The effect is more pronounced in the case of films on MgO (100) substrate in comparison to the films on Si (100) substrate.","PeriodicalId":268157,"journal":{"name":"Volume 4,Issue 5,2018","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133389787","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
