Research). The data analysis technique used in this study used date instrument test analysis, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, t test and f test by testing compensation and work discipline variables on employee performance at the Tigaraksa branch of pawnshops, Tangerang. Results of the research distribution of 100 populations absorbed by statistical analysis, namely a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the H1 decision is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tigaraksa branch of pawnshops, Tangerang, obtained from a correlation coefficient value of 0.59, meaning quite strong, the coefficient of determinant between the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the pawnshop branch of Tigaraksa Tangerang contributes 68% while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Storage cabinets are used for valuables by using various safeguards such as keys, padlocks, or passwords to open them. However, as time goes by, the safeguards used in storage cabinets are no longer efficient and easily guessed by irresponsible people who have the intention to open them. For this reason, a new security method is needed that can be applied to storage cabinets to better protect valuable items stored in storage cabinets from irresponsible people who have the intention to open them. Along with the development of automation technology, especially those that can be applied to storage cabinets, namely by using fingerprints as an introduction to the security of these storage cabinets. So that only recognized fingerprints can unlock a storage cabinet, because for now fingerprints are rather difficult to fake and also fingerprints have different characteristics for each person. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, recording and recording. Based on the results of research and discussion of activities for opening teaching by English teacher to motivate students in class, it can be concluded that the skills of English teachers in grades VII at SMP Negeri 10 Padang in opening lessons include: (a) arousing students' attention, namely variations in teaching styles, use of instructional media and patterns of interaction (b) generate student motivation, namely excited and enthusiasm, generate curiosity, and generate conflicting ideas (c) provide references, namely convey learning objectives and determine activity steps (d) demonstrate linkages, namely determining stepping stones, generating new knowledge, providing continuous material. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the study population consisting of 85 public elementary schools in Tangerang district. The total sample of 46 schools was taken based on proportionate stratified random sampling from all public elementary schools in the Tangerang city district to obtain data on school quality. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the school quality variable gets a score of 3.70 which is in the high category. This means that the quality of public elementary schools in the sub-district of Tangerang city is good. The dimension that gets the highest score is outcame at the first level, then the second input, the third enhanced process, and the last ranked output. Meanwhile, the school principal's performance variable obtained a score of 4.32 and was in the very high category. This means that the performance of school principals in the Tangerang sub-district has been very good. The dimension that gets the highest score is initiative at the first level, then the second is quality of work and capability, the third is improved promptness, and the last is communication. Then, the results of data processing on the teacher's teaching performance variable obtained a score of 4.59 and were in the very high category. This means that the teaching performance of teachers in the district of Tangerang city is very good. Data collection technique of this research consist of observation, interviews, study literature, and documentation. The analysis method that author used is qualitative descriptive approached. The result of the research has shown the use of social media by Klinik Gigiku Sehat effectively can communicate to the public became easier. The conclusion of the promotion programme for March 2019 consist of Voucher Promotion, and Dental Education through social media. To maintain a good relationship with public, Marketing Public Relations of Klinik Gigiku Sehat has worked periodically uploaded useful infographic to the public through social media.
