The systems were experimentally perfected on the automotive gas diesel engine and high fuel efficiency, high substitution of diesel fuel by natural gas and low toxic emissions were obtained. To use these systems on a locomotive gas diesel engine, one should demonstrate that indicated parameters of these engines are close in similar operation conditions. Professor A.S. Khachiyan proposed a hypothesis that at equal mean piston speeds, mean indicated pressure and air excess coefficient, indicated parameters of the engines that differ significantly in size will be close due to the mutual compensation of the relative heat losses into the walls. Compared to an automotive gas diesel engine, the relative heat loses of a locomotive gas diesel engine drop due to a decrease in the relative heat exchange surface and increase due to a longer contact time of the working medium with the in-cylinder walls. The calculations carried out at two speeds and loads of the automotive and locomotive gas diesel engines showed close indicator parameters, though effective parameters of the locomotive gas-diesel engine were higher due to a higher turbocharger efficiency. Also the influence of the parameters of the I.Vibe formula on the gas diesel engine performance were studied.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122994771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mobile operators are increasingly beginning to roll out the fifth generation (5G) networks in order to expand ubiquitous broadband wireless service coverage. In contrast, in-flight connectivity remains limited and the quality of service does not always meet required expectations while the number of aircrafts and the users demands highly increased during the last few years. The use of the new 5G radio (NR) in air-to-ground (A2G) communication systems can help to narrow the communication gap between aeronautical and terrestrial systems. In this article, we will focus on direct A2G communications, considering different communication scenarios. We present the exact step-by-step description of the derived system, which one might follow in order to recreate the system and derive the given results, and the simulation results in the term of signal to interference and noise ratio and user throughput comparing them to the existing transmitting systems.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123171410","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We consider a mathematical model of the functioning of the power system with a solar power plant (SPP) based on a simplified Kazakh power grid and investigate the problem of its control at the maximum power capacity of SPP. Within the framework of the model we give an example where the operational control of the power system by means of reactive power of capacitor banks allows us to increase the maximum power of the SPP compared to deterministic methods of power system control, but it excludes from consideration some unlikely scenarios of its active generation. The results show that with the integration of large RES plants there is a need to refine the existing centralized power system control system in the form of intelligent tools for managing reactive power flows, associated with a probabilistic description of generation and forecasting of RES.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116972610","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The algorithms are based on a lognormal distribution of fluctuations in the amplitude of location signals reflected from the sea surface, and on the Rayleigh distribution, which is a special case of Weibull's law, for fluctuations in the amplitude of echo signals of the underlying earth surface. When the location signals are reflected from the land-sea edge, the law of distribution of fluctuations of the reflected signals is used, which is the vector value of the echoes of the sea surface and land. Algorithms for processing echo signals used to determine the resolution elements of onboard radars corresponding to the coastline are considered and analyzed. Two features are analyzed as information signs of land-sea resolution: the traditional parameter of the distributions - the average power of reflections, proportional to the specific reflecting surfaces of the land and sea, and the median of the distributions. To smooth the observed signal sequences, a sliding window averaging algorithm and a median algorithm is used. The robustness of the proposed algorithms is investigated in the presence of interference signals in the analyzed area due to the reflection of sounding signals from small-sized ships and anomalous reflections from objects located near the coastal edge. The advantages of median smoothing in relation to the averaging algorithm in a sliding window, namely, its resistance to anomalous reflections, are shown.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126322456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most important tasks in this area is the recognition and laying a safe route of the aircrafts. Due to the number of planes near the big cities this task is the most important, since the cost of an error is extremely high. modern technologies do not stand still and civil aviation is constantly improving methods of data exchange between earth and other planes. Every plane nowadays must contain the special equipment called transponder for detection and routing. The main task of the transponder is the digital transmission of all information to the ground without errors. This article contains information about the algorithms of the transponder functioning, their basic modes of operation in the air and ground, responses, error detection etc. The error correction algorithms for Mode S are presented, time delays for all algorithms are calculated and compared.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114255876","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
