Kriachko","doi":"10.1109/WECONF51603.2021.9470721","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/WECONF51603.2021.9470721","url":null,"abstract":"The article discusses a method for recovering frequency-shift keying signals susceptible to structural interference. The conditions under which frequency shift keying signals are used in radio engineering are considered. Their choice as control signals is substantiated and reasoned. It is shown how, as a result of structural interference, significant changes occur in the shape of the envelope function of the amplitude values of FSK signals. In addition, the angular parameters of the useful signal also change. These changes in parameters are then used as signs indicating that an energetic destructive effect is being exerted on the channel. The features of the occurrence of edge effects, which are manifested in the time and frequency domains, are investigated. The admissible amplitude ratios of the structural noise and the useful signal are substantiated, at which the effect is manifested, in which the wrong decision is made about the nomenclature of the processed signal. A method for restoring damaged FM signals in the form of a sequence of stages has been substantiated. At the first stage, there is a detection of time intervals with beats of the signal amplitude, which arise during the setting of structural interferences. After that, to restore the distorted signal, rectangular pulses are synthesized so that their duration is strictly equal to the interval within which beats are observed. And then the procedures for recovering the distorted signal are implemented. For this purpose, the logical addition of that part of the pulses of the information sequence of the signal, within which the effect of structural interference is detected, with the compensating pulses generated during the second stage, is performed. To clarify the implementation of these procedures, a block diagram of the device is given and the principle of its operation is explained. In addition, the article presents the main results characterizing the effectiveness of the proposed technique. The results of evaluating the effectiveness of the developed technique are presented.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124591820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The generalized Galerkin method extended to a new class of systems is used as the mathematical apparatus for solving the problem. The peculiarity of availability in the considered systems of time dependence of parameters of the unchangeable part of the system by means of certain algorithms of synthesis of the ACS regulator has been taken into account. The peculiarity of the proposed algorithm for the synthesis of the regulator for the nonlinear non-stationary automatic control systems is either a preliminary estimate of the stability of the parameters of the invariable part of the system within the desirable values or accounting for the law of changes of the parameters of the invariable part of the system in the case when the quality indicators leave the desirable limits of values. As an example of application of the proposed approach for assessing the effect of non-stationarity, synthesis of the correcting device of the training-laboratory complex “potentiometric low-power tracking system” is proposed for implementation within the framework of practice-oriented training of students of the department of control in technical systems. In the example under consideration the experimental characteristics are given for estimation of influence on the control system of non-stationarity, caused by operational heating of electronic components of the laboratory complex in the course of work.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131841887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The CNS/ATM concept is based on the principles of Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B). The near-far effect is one of the problems of efficient use of the system. To eliminate the problem the authors propose an original algorithm of optimal control over the output power of a transponder transmitter using the assessment time of arrival in the ADS-B datalink. Simulated statistical modelling was performed and comparative analysis of the obtained dependences was carried out. The modelling proved that in implementing the algorithm of optimal control of radiated power it was possible to even the level of signals coming from objects located at different distances.","PeriodicalId":267775,"journal":{"name":"2021 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131914517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Studies show that one of the ways to solve this problem may be to modernize the infrastructure of professional training of aviation specialists: the introduction of virtual electronic training sites into the system of practical training, which allow organizing the preparation methodology as close as possible to real flights in given flight conditions, taking into account the requirements of the training curriculum. The most important problem of synthesis of virtual electronic polygons, in which simulation of tactical controlled air situation in conditions of real flights and assessment of actions of flight crews and dispatch personnel in real time is provided, is the construction of an on-board information complex and its adaptation with on-board electronic equipment. The paper presents a methodology for constructing an onboard information system that provides virtual objects simulation in the creation of aviation electronic polygons intended for flight crews and air traffic control dispatchers joint practical training. In this case, the crucial task is minimizing the search time in a given area when detecting false alarms and a high probability of detecting physical objects. Such tasks can be solved in automatic or automated mode using unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with small optical radar stations. The search time is minimized by choosing the appropriate coverage area of the detected physical object with a given probability and organizing the scanning mode of this area in accordance with the probabilistic digital map of the object's location in the resolution elements of the onboard small-sized radar.
