We have gridded fittings for annual, monthly, and seasonal means of temperatures on standard levels (typically at 33 depths). To decrease bias, we apply the statistical regression models which combine the high-order polynomials with the mutually orthogonal polynomials. The comparison of the fitted results with the data of WOA are given, which demonstrate the accurateness of the fitted results.","PeriodicalId":266930,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE Symposium on Robotics and Applications (ISRA)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126283303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As there are so many servers in ISP's IDC, how to transit these servers from IPv4 to IPv6 smoothly is a big problem. An innovative IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanism, called IVI, is being used to help ISP's deal with such a problem. The IVI is a prefix-specific and stateless address mapping mechanism for \"an IPv6 network to the IPv4 Internet\" and vice versa. Subsets of the ISP's IPv4 addresses are embedded in the ISP's IPv6 addresses and the servers using these IPv6 addresses can therefore communicate with the global IPv6 Internet directly and can communicate with the global IPv4 Internet via stateless translators. In order to clients from both IPv4 and IPv6 can access these IPv6 servers, name resolves should also be made on type A and type AAAA records in DNS. This paper depicts the fundamentals of IVI and the best deployment for ISP servers. Against to other transition mechanisms, it is proved that IVI is an easy and idea way for ISP IDC migrates to the Next Generation Internet based on IPv6.","PeriodicalId":266930,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE Symposium on Robotics and Applications (ISRA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129347417","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It takes a few documents as the training set to build a sentiment vocabulary list which will be used to classify the documents according to their sentiment orientation. It was found that there was long-run equilibrium relationship and Granger leading relationship between the two price series. Furthermore, it was proved that futures price shares a higher part of total variance than spot price by variance decomposition, and in short term both the future price and spot price made a stronger reaction to the standard difference innovation of future price than that of spot price. Therefore, this article illuminated that rebar futures plays a more important role in price discovery.","PeriodicalId":266930,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE Symposium on Robotics and Applications (ISRA)","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128284800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model can be used to predict the car split rate in urban traffic system. It also allows assessing the consequences of strategic changes in urban traffic system. With in-depth study of the strategic transport model, the SCGC model (Service Characteristics based General Cost model) is built. Then taking service characteristics such as economic cost, time cost, service accessibility and comfort factor into consideration, the split rate model for private car based on the STM is proposed. With the residents travel survey data from 2005 to 2007 in Beijing city, the models are calibrated. According to the parameters the model is validated and the relative error between actual data and the prediction data is 2.47%, the prediction result is of high accuracy. It is proved that the model is accurate and serviceable.","PeriodicalId":266930,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE Symposium on Robotics and Applications (ISRA)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128639795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

C2OS design optimally deploys the decision-making entities and platforms in order to achieve the effectiveness optimization of organization operation. Based on the analysis of military C2 organization and its structure formation, four kinds of decision-making entity organization structure (DMEOS) are concluded and described. Decentralized organization structure (DCOS) and centralized organization structure (COS) belong to traditional DMEOS, and distributed organization structure with coordinator (DOSWC) and complete distributed organization structure (CDOS) belong to distributed organization structure (DOS). The characteristics and performances of different DMEOS are analyzed and compared.
