摘要

影响学生教学评价的因素很多,有些是教师个人因素,有些则不是教师个人因素。本文研究的是教师无法控制的影响。本文采用虚拟变量装置,研究了课堂人数、学生人数、教师每学期的教学时数、学生类型、年级和是否优秀课程等因素对教学效果的影响。我们发现一些因素可能会影响学生的教学评价结果。

Non-teacher factors may affect teaching evaluation from students
Many factors effect the teaching evaluation by students, some are individual factors from teachers, the others are not from teachers.
