The main cause of mortality for those between the ages of 15 and 49 is related to traffic accidents, which are the top cause of death worldwide. Up to this point, there has been a significant amount of research conducted on predicting and locating vehicle accidents; nevertheless, there has not been any advance indication of the accidents to the drivers. The purpose of this study is to get an understanding of the numerous methodologies that have contributed to the reduction of accidents, particularly through the processes of preventing and identifying accidents. A study on various suggested strategies using a number of techniques for the stages that are included has been done in order to determine an appropriate accident detection and alert system that is accurate and effective. This study also examines the advantages and disadvantages of each of these methodologies. System requirements are developed after conducting an in-depth review of both currently available options and the relevant literature. This paper describes the design and simulation of a 2x2, 4x4, and 8x8 MIMO system which is used exclusively in 5G mobile systems. The detection performed in such a system is near-maximum-likelihood detection. The noise added at the front end of the receiver is additive white Gaussian noise with zero mean and variance which depends upon the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) while the signal is transmitted over a frequency-selective Rayleigh fading channel. The MIMO system operates at a much higher level of complexity to exploit the channel space-time resources. Orthogonal space-time block codes are used at the transmitter. An Image is transmitted and the received image is compared with the transmitted image and BER is calculated. This is done for varying SNRs. The whole project is performed over a front-end application where the various parameters are populated and run. This makes the simulation extremely easy for the 2x2 or 4x4 or 8x8 MIMO application with varying channel parameters. To observe the movement of any equipped vehicle at any time from any location, an effective mechanism for vehicle navigation is created and put into use. The suggested solution effectively utilised the widely used combining technology that connects an Arduino UNO-equipped smartphone. It is inexpensive and simple to make in comparison to other options. One of the most popular methods for vehicle tracking, the built-in gadget uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) technologies. The device is integrated within the vehicle, allowing for real-time location determination and tracking. The employee must switch the RFID card when the car arrives to pick them up. The microcontroller compares the RFID card number with the information in its database and then communicates the employee's ID, the cab's ID, and the cab's position coordinates to the company unit via the GSM module. The company unit's GSM Modem will receive the message through GSM. GPS offers geographic coordinates for the vehicle tracking system. The vehicle's location has been transmitted and updated to a database using the GSM module. So Morse code became an old method new methods are used but Morse code still is used in minor places. There are different methods and different technologies for Morse code conversion. We are using Arduino here. Nowadays Arduino has become a trending new technology. It is used almost in every department and every technology because of its speed and accuracy. We aim to use new technology but not forget old methods. Now our project is using Morse code which is an old method of telecommunication with current trending technology i.e. Arduino. Here we are using Arduino to change text normal messages to Morse code and Morse code into normal messages. That conversion of text into Morse code is called Encryption and Morse to text is called Decryption. Arduino is a type of Morse is a type of microcontroller that uses a physical kit and programming. For that, we created programming in embedded C language and made conversions. Also, we mainly aim this project for military applications for the transfer of data between them as this is a reliable means of communication. This study examines anomalies using electromagnetic (EM) signals in the broad interdisciplinary field of communication and geophysics engineering. To provide a precise result for fabric flaws, morphological approaches are applied. The finished image has been integrated into an open platform for multimedia applications, speeding up processing time by 60ns.
