However, many villages in Indonesia, including Sungai Arang Hamlet in Jambi, still face challenges in terms of governance, which can be seen from weak administrative systems, lack of transparency, and low capacity of village officials. This research uses a participatory community service approach which involves a series of activities, including: (1) Identifying village problems and needs through focus group discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews; (2) Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) for various aspects of village administration; (3) Training and capacity building for village officials regarding SOP implementation; (4) Assistance and monitoring of SOP implementation; and (5) Evaluation of program impact. The research results show a significant improvement in village governance after program implementation. The developed SOPs have helped improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, increase transparency and accountability, and strengthen public participation in decision-making. In addition, the capacity of village officials has also increased, reflected in a better understanding of their duties and responsibilities, as well as a better ability to carry out administrative tasks. In conclusion, this community service program has made a positive contribution in strengthening village governance in Sungai Arang Hamlet. Developing SOPs and increasing the capacity of village officials has proven effective in improving the quality of public services, transparency, and accountability. The successful implementation of public administration is greatly influenced by the correct understanding and application of public administration concepts. This research aims to increase understanding and application of public administration concepts in the implementation of administration at the Pulau Pekan Village Office, Bungo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia. The method for implementing community service used in this activity is a workshop on strengthening the concept of public administration in the implementation of government administration in Pulau Pekan Village, Bungo Regency, Jambi. The results of the activity show that the understanding and application of public administration concepts at the Pulau Pekan Village Office still needs to be improved. This can be seen from the existence of several problems in administrative implementation, such as a lack of understanding of the principles of public administration, a lack of implementation of standard administrative procedures, and a lack of coordination between work units. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to strengthen the concept of public administration at the Pulau Pekan Village Office. Situations such as retirement, loss of a life partner, health problems, and physical limitations can trigger persistent feelings of anxiety. Acupressure is a technique that originates from ancient Chinese medical traditions, which involves applying pressure to specific points on the body using the fingers or special tools. The potential of acupressure in reducing anxiety in the elderly in Hobong Village, Jayapura Regency, Indonesia, is an interesting topic to be explored. The implementation of community service is carried out through 3 stages of the implementation process, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. As many as 100 respondents participated in counseling on the potential of acupressure in reducing anxiety in the elderly. There is an enhancement of knowledge score among respondents after being given counseling about the potential of acupressure in reducing anxiety in the elderly, with p <0.05. The results of the study also showed that there was an increase in attitudes and behavior in choosing acupressure therapy modalities after the counseling process was carried out, with p <0.05. This depression screening activity aims to detect mental disorders in inmates at the Kerobokan prison so that they can receive treatment immediately before moving on to a more severe phase. The measurement tool used for early detection of depression is the depression anxiety and stress scale (DASS), which has been measured for its validation and reliability. The DASS questionnaire measures the respondent's history of disorders related to depression, anxiety, and stress in the past week. The number of inmates who came to fill out the questionnaire was 96 people. Most are aged 18-40 years, come from outside Bali, have high school-college education, are single, have convict status, do not see their families regularly, and have been in prison for less than 12 months. Most of the inmates are not in a state of depression, anxiety, or stress.
