Using the coefficient estimations of quality coefficient of the system, the methods of analysis and synthesis of robust quality parameters of a robust controller ensuring maximum stability degree by the oscillation and control accuracy limits is developed. Sufficient conditions uniting the interval coefficients of the characteristic polynomial of a closed-loop system and analyzing robust quality coefficients serve as the basis for the methodology. These conditions are based on the proven statements. An example of the analysis and synthesis of the system stabilization of an underwater object location is given in this paper.","PeriodicalId":265358,"journal":{"name":"2nd International Conference on Systems and Computer Science","volume":"11 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116821202","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the highest level of complexity we have a traffic region, considered as a part of a city's road infrastructure. At the next level, the region is decomposed into traffic objects represented by road sections and intersections. At the last level of complexity we have the road segments that are parts of a road section. The traffic is considered in a macroscopic representation and the modeling for the different components of the road region is achieved by employing techniques from fluid mechanics. The results are verified in simulation, based on traffic data.","PeriodicalId":265358,"journal":{"name":"2nd International Conference on Systems and Computer Science","volume":"55 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123626396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, current research on virtual reality traffic simulation pays little attention on modeling microscopic behavior with the consideration of the human factor. An intelligent vehicle agent model is proposed to better understandings of human factor in virtual reality traffic simulation system. The intelligent vehicle agent is a comprehensive model of 3D virtual vehicle and combines perception, motion, internal properties and cognition modules. Then, car following behavior model is introduced in detail, which is an application case to explain the function of intelligent vehicle agent. Car following behavior of virtual vehicle is realized by the coordination mechanism of agent-based multi-controller, which is determined by predetermined perceptual threshold levels. The preliminary results show the effectiveness of our method to establish the intelligent vehicle agent model and to simulate car following behaviors in virtual reality traffic simulation system.","PeriodicalId":265358,"journal":{"name":"2nd International Conference on Systems and Computer Science","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114513785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objectives of the proposed controller are to improve the vehicle behaviour by forcing the lateral dynamics and the load transfer ration (LTR) to track reference trajectories in critical situations. The Takagi-Sugeno (TS) representation has been used in order to take into account the non-linearities of the lateral forces. Based on the obtained fuzzy model, a TS observer has been designed with unmeasurable premise variables in order to consider the unavailability of the sideslip and the roll angle measurement. The observer and controller design has been formulated in terms of Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) constraints using H∞ approach.","PeriodicalId":265358,"journal":{"name":"2nd International Conference on Systems and Computer Science","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116086354","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, many tools exist to perform this task. Amongst other points, they differ in the processing method they rely upon, the entity types they can detect, the nature of the text they can handle, and their input/output formats. This makes it difficult for a user to select an appropriate NER tool for a specific situation. In this article, we try to answer this question in the context of biographic texts. For this matter, we first constitute a new corpus by annotating 247 Wikipedia articles. We then select 4 publicly available, well known and free for research NER tools for comparison: Stanford NER, Illinois NET, OpenCalais NER WS and Alias-i LingPipe. We apply them to our corpus, assess their performances and compare them. When considering overall performances, a clear hierarchy emerges: Stanford has the best results, followed by LingPipe, Illionois and OpenCalais. However, a more detailed evaluation performed relatively to entity types and article categories highlights the fact their performances are diversely influenced by those factors. This complementarity opens an interesting perspective regarding the combination of these individual tools in order to improve performance.","PeriodicalId":265358,"journal":{"name":"2nd International Conference on Systems and Computer Science","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123473833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our overall goal is represented by the visualization of the evolution of opinions in a collection of forums data, which simplifies the graph with messages that contain opinions. In the final graph, each node resulted from the aggregation of the opinions with the same polarity from the neighboring nodes contains the opinion polarity and words that give the respective polarity. For this purpose, in this paper we identify the features for a target entity, we search opinions about features and we analyze the opinion sentences. In the proposed solution, we adopt an approach to opinion summarization.","PeriodicalId":265358,"journal":{"name":"2nd International Conference on Systems and Computer Science","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132276174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
