The combined role of these two theories (and two combined methods) is examined for the first time. The object of this study consists of 385 customers of Iranian banks. Data are collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the structural equation model. Since the structural equation model is used to validate variables and determine the impact intensity, the ISM method is applied to understanding mutual influences amongst the variables' dimensions and finding the magnitude of effects of these variables on attitude. The results of hypothesis testing show that logical and illogical reasons for M-banking adoption significantly affect customers' attitudes toward the use of M-banking. The results of ISM show that \"Usage Barrier\" has the highest impact among its elements. As the cities in the Greater Bay Area are pursuing the integration of management, technology, and enterprise innovation, and emphasizing the development of collaborative innovation, it is important at present to effectively promote the high-quality development of the regional economy and industry. Thus, we apply the basic concepts of industrial theories in the methods of research and summarize four aspects to explore the research topic. We find that leading companies need to be given the responsibility of building an industrial ecosystem and realizing self-evolution through digital transformation in creating a niche for disruptive innovation and development. Furthermore, enterprises need to form industrial chain clusters through the extensional development method of investment and M&A. In order to conduct this research, 294 graduate students of the faculty of entrepreneurship, at the University of Tehran were selected as the statistical population by stratified sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data and PLS software was used to analyze the collected data. The results showed that a set of personal characteristics in the field of finance, including financial optimism, understanding of financial access, financial self-esteem, and excessive self-confidence in the field of finance, affect the entrepreneurial intention of students in the faculty of entrepreneurship. Experiential evidence confirms that worldwide petroleum prices and demand are two key channels for the disease to affect the economies of these countries. Due to the high significance of this issue, this study examines the effects of the Covid 19 disease on worldwide petroleum demand and the structure of the world petroleum market based on weekly data from Jun 14, 2000, to Jun 15, 2020. For this goal, the structural model of De’es et al. has been used, and the impact of this disease on the structure of demand and supply of petroleum in the short and long term has been studied. According to the results, it can be argued that Covid 19 disease from the worldwide crude petroleum price channel has a strong negative impact on the OPEC crude petroleum price index in the long run; Therefore, to avoid budget deficits and hyperinflation in OPEC countries, budgeting independent of petroleum revenues should be given serious attention by policymakers. Hence, the government has taken initiatives to spur rural growth by ameliorating the main drivers of the rural economy. The country has already reached its sixth year of SDG implementation, and it is a decent time to assess the direction in which SDG implementation work regarding rural development is moving because insightful lessons from the assessment help raise the efficacy of efforts over the coming years. Therefore, the Preferred Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol is proposed to investigate efforts to ameliorate the highest priority areas between 2015 and 2021 and identify challenges that call for further attention. The findings indicate that despite the last six years of public and private efforts that have significantly advanced the rural economy, the following still impedes expected outcomes: complexities in allocation and utilization of development funds, technology backwardness, coordination complexities between public and private stakeholders, lack of capacity in managing and adapting climate-related risks, unethical practice in the health and education sector, social inequalities, low digital literacy, and the dissonance among education, industry, skill, and employment sector.
