It seeks to understand the public opinion towards the vasectomy as a birth control tool in Rwanda. The Family Planning Vision 2020 (FP2020) forum started in 2012 and more than 150 political leaders met at the London Summit on Family Planning agreed to give 120 million women in the world’s poorest countries access to contraceptives by the year 2020. Rwanda has made great achievement toward these goals and the current trend in Family Planning use is encouraging. However, despite the explanations provided by the Government of Rwanda on the necessary need of family planning, many people including the religious leaders have different understanding on the family planning especially the male sterilization. By examining the discourse on family planning practices, this article demonstrates the different perception about vasectomy operation in Rwanda. Hanya saja, tulisan ini berpandangan bahwa sektor natural resources tidak sesuai dengan model kerja PPP. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan argumen tersebut dengan cara mengangkat pengalaman PT Freeport Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berbasis pada sumber data skunder. Total 117 artikel yang dihimpun, tetapi 28 yang terhubung dengan tujuan utama. Tiga pembahasan dimuat tentang idealitas PPP yang berkelanjutan sustainable, dampak PPP pada PT Freeport Indonesia bagi penghidupan masyarakat lokal dan lingkungan, dan rekomendasi kebijakan. Artikel ini menyampaikan temuan bahwa kerjasama sektor publik dan swasta untuk Freeport telah merugikan kehidupan warga lokal. Kerugian tampak pada lingkungan, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Prinsip sustainable development yang identik dengan keadilan di masa sekarang tanpa mengorbankan kemampuan generasi mendatang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka sendiri, jelas tidak sesuai dengan proyek PPP di sektor natural resources. Sehingga, argumen utama dalam artikel ini didukung. Studi ini menyarankan pemerintah Indonesia perlu mengkaji ulang peraturan pajak dan royalti demi meningkatkan keuntungan bagi Timika yang terkena dampak.The public-private partnership (PPP) project provides convenience for the government in administering public services. However, this paper believes that the natural resources sector needs to follow the PPP working model. This article aims to prove this argument using P.T. Freeport Indonesia's experience as a case study. This is a qualitative research based on secondary data. A total of 117 articles were collected, but 28 were linked to the main objective. Three discussions are published regarding the ideals of a sustainable PPP, the impact of PPP on P.T. Freeport Indonesia for the livelihoods of local communities and the environment, and policy recommendations. This article conveys the finding that public and private sector cooperation for Freeport has harmed the lives of residents. Losses appear in the environmental, social, economic, and cultural. The principle of sustainable development, which is synonymous with justice in the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, is not under PPP projects in the natural resources sector. Thus, the main argument in this article is supported. The paper highlights the factors considering the adoption of mobile banking during the pandemic. The study involves demographic factors i.e. gender, occupation, and income group as well as other factors i.e. perceived ease, checklist expenditure, social protection, trust, satisfaction, and higher charge. The regression analysis has been done to observe the influence of the variables over the actual users of mobile banking in Bangladesh. COVID-19 mobile banking adoption was not influenced by demographic characteristics, as per the study's findings. Besides, higher mobile banking charges and satisfaction have a significant influence over the adoption of mobile banking during COVID-19. On the other side, perceived ease, checklist expenditure, social protection, and trust seem to have little impact on the adoption of mobile banking during COVID-19. The paper suggests that mobile banking having the features of contactless banking activity needs to be developed and made more trustworthy. Strong regulations make Aceh able to get a large fiscal capacity in building education in Aceh. However, at the practical level, the large budget in the field of education has not been directly proportional to the quality of existing education. This study aims to see to what extent the existing special autonomy funds have been able to improve the quality of education in Aceh. Management theory is used as a focus in analyzing this issue. Qualitative research with a strong data-based literature review approach can be accounted for as a method in this research. The result of this research is that the budget allocation management of the special autonomy fund for education in Aceh is still not effective. This is because there are still many activities carried out that have not been fully targeted, weak coordination and cross-sectoral cooperation, lack of long-term quality training. Coupled with the lack of creative programs implemented in supporting the achievement of improving the quality of education in Aceh. Paurashava is one of the tiers of local governments in Bangladesh. But, Paurashava is faced with increasing financial problems. Due to financial restrictions, city governments seem unable to expand much-needed infrastructure and utility services, as well as maintain current facilities at a sufficient level. To enhance urban living standards and alleviate constraints on the national budget, these governments' financial positions must be strengthened. The present study is aimed at exploring the performance management of Paurashava service delivery through utilizing mixed methods. Three Paurashavas were sampled for an in-depth study. The findings of the study reveal that resource mobilization opportunities in Bangladesh's urban areas are limited. A percentage of government grants that are paid based on performance can also be utilized to generate local resources. The major problems are inadequate assessment, inelasticity of revenue, employee training, and poor administration. This paper shows the performance evaluation of the Paurashava by its clients. This study examines the role of the Indonesian Islamic Bank  Lhokseumawe Area in the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic Financial Institutions. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Lhokseumawe Area contributed to applying the Qanun for Islamic Financial Institutions starting from account migration, socialization of sharia products, sharia services and also signing of cooperation agreements with partners to use products from sharia banking. One of the focuses of BSI Lhokseumawe Area in the process of integrating service operational systems in the Aceh region is the customer migration process from the original bank to Bank Syariah Indonesia. This migration process can be done online through BSI Mobile or face-to-face. ATM cards, mobile and internet banking. In this process, the convenience and security of customer data are prioritized. The implementation of the qanun does not necessarily go well, there are obstacles faced in the process of implementing the qanun. Implementing Islamic financial services requires the attention and hard work of all parties and not only the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence men's participation in the family planning program in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The research design used a cross-sectional approach to 66 respondents obtained through simple random sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between service quality factors (p value = 0.003, OR = 11.200), knowledge (p value = 0.009, OR = 14.385) and culture (p value = 0.000, RO = 13.300) with male participation in family planning programs. There is no significant relationship between socio-demography (education, income and number of children) and access to services with male participation in family planning in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. To increase participation, appropriate methods are needed, especially for conveying information on condom and vasectomy programs as well as increasing family planning promotion through media with attractive packaging variations so that knowledge about contraception increases. The purpose of the study was to determine the use of technology in performing public services at the Manunggal One Roof office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting direct interviews with the main informants who have been determined. The research novelties are (1). Integrated administrative system services by using certain applications online to the public to obtain information and knowledge. (2). Utilization of information technology that is more effective and efficient still requires online-based training for employees of the one-stop office of Maluku Province. (3). Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan beberapa pendekatan diantaranya observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa faktor kegagalan Jokowi-Ma’ruf di Aceh pada pilpres 2019. Adapun kegagalan tersebut, pertama, tidak terbendung berita Hoax, kedua, kebijakan pemerintahan Jokowi periode sebelumnya dianggap tidak memiliki keberpihakan kepada rakyat. Ketiga, isu identitas yang selalu dikembangkan oleh lawan Jokowi, keempat, terdapat isu mengenai cerita masa lalu. Kelima, kurang maksimalnya tim pada tingkatan grass root di daerah-daerah Kabupaten yang jauh dari pusat ibukota Provinsi, Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kegagalan Jokowi di Aceh yang paling kuat adalah berita hoax yang identik dengan isu negatif, hal tersebut menutupi berita positif tentang Jokowi.
