Cervical cancer is more common in women of fertile age (WUS). Many factors can cause a person to develop cervical cancer, including a history of pregnancy; sexual behavior; contraceptive use; smoke; nutrition; and genetic. Although cancer is deadly, it can be prevented by having a pap smear or IVA test. However, there are still many women of childbearing age who are reluctant to get tested because of fear, shame and other reasons. This bad public behavior is due to a lack of knowledge about cervical cancer. In this service activity, cervical cancer health education and how to prevent it have been carried out. Partners are participants of the activity at RT 1, Pilang Bango Village, Madiun City, totaling 17 partners, they are WUS. The results of the dedication were that 25% of WUS had a pap smear, so there is still need for further monitoring and assistance. The success of the community service program is assessed based on changes in knowledge, attitudes and increased motivation to detect cervical cancer independently. Haris, Hengki Sikumbang, Indrianto Indrianto","doi":"10.24269/adi.v5i2.1998","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24269/adi.v5i2.1998","url":null,"abstract":"Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan setiap masyarakat sehingga dengan tersedianya air bersih maka kebutuhan standar minimal masyarakat terpenuhi, masyarakat desa ciaruteun Ilir merupakan desa yang jarak tempuh dengan ibu kota Jakarta sangat dekat yakni lebih kurang 40 km namun tingkat perekonomian, Pendidikan yang masih rendah dan suplai air bersih khususnya yang masih sangat sulit, masyarakat memanfaatkan mata air disekitaran sungai untuk diminum namun jaminan kualitas air yang belum ada standar sehingga menyebabkan warga sering mengalami berbagai penyakit. Selain itu dengan ketersediaan air masyarakat juga bisa membangun kolam ikan dan Usaha lain sebagai usaha rumahan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, faktor ketersediaan air ini sangat penting bagi warga guna meningkatkan taraf hidup. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) merupakan solusi yang mampu membantu kebutuhan air bagi masyarakat di wilayah desa ciaruteun ilir, pembangkit ini akan menjadi sumber energi yang berfungsi untuk memompa air yang telah disuling dari sumber mata air yang telah layak konsumsi. Pengabdian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 April sampai 3 Mei 2019, Ada beberapa tahap dalam pelaksanaan program ini yang pertama adalah membangun desain pembangkit yang digunakan sebagai sumber energi pemompa air, yang kedua adalah membangun penampungan air, membangun pembangkit dan instalasi pembangkit dan pompa air, tahap ketiga adalah menyiapkan proses distribusi air ke rumah-rumah warga dengan pipa sebagai media distribusi air. Peningkatan biaya produksi ini menjadi masalah karena tidak diikuti oleh peningkatan harga dan penjualan sehingga keuntungan pembudidaya ikan lele tidak mengalami pertumbuhan. Tujuan studi ini yaitu memberikan pemberdayaan ekonomi kepada masyarakat melalui penyediaan mesin pakan ikan lele untuk mewujudkan kemandirian pembudidaya ikan lele di Desa NogosariKabupaten Pacitan. Metode yang digunakan disamping penyediaan mesin pakan ikan, juga melalui pendampingan terhadap kelompok pembudidaya ikan lele dan pelatihan wirausaha untuk peningkatan hasil produksi pakan ikan lele. Hasil studi bahwa pembudidaya mampumemproduksi sendiri pelet secara cepat, masal dan bermutu tinggi sesuai dengan standar pakan lele, hasil produksi di pasarkan dalam berbagai kemasan dan ukuran yang berbeda. The problem faced by MPS is the lack of updated information about MPS performance through the website of Muhammadiyah Regional Head (PDM). Based on the results of interviews with MPS administrators, this board division has not been able to carry out efforts to disseminate information using technological progress. There were lack of human resources to enhance the role and function of social service organizations in providing data and information. The optimalization of management of an organization's website is absolutely necessary as part of strengthening the image and spread of information. Thus, training on website management is a strategy to answer public needs as well as an effort to strengthen the organizational governance of MPS in Malang Regency. Technically, this training involved: 1) the IT administrator who responsible structurally in the board of management 2) the community service team of UMM as the speakers that internalized the subjects of organizational management, technical news writing and online media management. The results of the training on managing the MPS website have reached the target. MPS administrators has been able to collect and categorize data for online publication. The opportunity is still very open because macroeconomic growth will increase with the presence of digital business. One form of media to market local products is to use e-commerce, which grows too, which means that opportunities are still very broad. E-commerce with all its growth can touch various sectors starting from agriculture, industry, public sector, populist economy and so on can be used to develop all potential in the region. As in the Tegalombo Annual Village, Pacitan Regency, which has a mountainous / hilly geographical area, has all the abundant agricultural potential and human resources that are quite capable but have not been exposed to the maximum. For example the results of empon-empon processing and the results of youth creativity that impressed the road in place due to constrained marketing problems and the development of various local products. With the existence of e-commerce it is very possible to overcome the obstacles in marketing these local products.
