Cancer is still a serious health problem because in the last five years its prevalence has increased. Cervical cancer is more common in women of fertile age (WUS). Many factors can cause a person to develop cervical cancer, including a history of pregnancy; sexual behavior; contraceptive use; smoke; nutrition; and genetic. Although cancer is deadly, it can be prevented by having a pap smear or IVA test. However, there are still many women of childbearing age who are reluctant to get tested because of fear, shame and other reasons. This bad public behavior is due to a lack of knowledge about cervical cancer. In this service activity, cervical cancer health education and how to prevent it have been carried out. Partners are participants of the activity at RT 1, Pilang Bango Village, Madiun City, totaling 17 partners, they are WUS. The results of the dedication were that 25% of WUS had a pap smear, so there is still need for further monitoring and assistance. The success of the community service program is assessed based on changes in knowledge, attitudes and increased motivation to detect cervical cancer independently. Partners are committed to conducting pap smears if there is information on free pap smears (government programs).
