Different studies have been recently conducted in the world on papillomavirus infection and its effect on functional parameters of sperm including motility, morphology, sperm count, and reduced male fertility. However, the correlation between papillomavirus infection and male infertility is still ambiguous. Materials and Methods: In this study, 50 semen samples of fertile men (as the control group) and 50 semen samples of infertile men were collected from Infertility Center of Qom Jihad Daneshgahi, Qom, Iran. The semen samples were analyzed according to World Health Organization’s standard methods and papillomavirus was detected using PCR and virus L1 region replication. Results: The analyzed spermogram of 50 infertile samples showed that 36%, 68%, and 72% of the samples had problems, respectively in terms of count, motility, and morphology, and 52% of the infertile samples had problems in all three parameters. The DNA of human papillomavirus was not detected in any fertile and infertile samples. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, there was no correlation between papillomavirus infection and male infertility. In traditional medicine, the herbal drugs are used to treat infertility. This study aims to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of Salep on the serum levels of FSH and estrogen hormones in the female rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 40 adult female Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups: control (no drug), sham (which received 1 ml distilled water), the experimental group 1 (recipient of 20 mg / kg aqueous extract of Salep), the experimental group 2 (recipient of 40 mg / kg aqueous extract of Salep) and experimental group 3 (recipient of 80 mg / kg aqueous extract of Salep). In the experimental groups the extract was injected intraperitoneally for 28 days. At the end of the experimental term, the mice were bled to examine the serum level of the FSH and estrogen hormones (p<0.05). Results: Injecting the aqueous extract of Salep caused a significant increase in the serum level of FSH and estrogen hormones compared to control group (p <0.05). In addition to having analgesic properties, it is associated with fewer complications. The aim of this study is to evaluate the analgesic effect of paracetamol for pain relief during and after surgery of the upper limb. The present study, double-blind and trial Randomized controlled, was performed on 44 patients from 15 to 55 years old, all with ASA1 and candidates of the upper extremity orthopedic surgery. The method of anesthesia was the same in all patients, and 22 patients were divided randomly into two equal 22-member groups. The first group received 15 mg kg paracetamol and the second group was the control group that did not receive any medication. According before normal (p-value <0.05,), while not normal after (p-value <0.05). The results of Mann-Whitney test (Mann-Whitney Test) the average drug consumption between the two groups during the whole study had no significant difference (P-value> 0.05). the upper limb.
