One of the most important roles of students for higher education is achievement. This study aims to determine the role of Fuzzy Clustering in classifying student performance data. The data includes GPA (Grade Point Average), ECCU (Extra-Curricular Credit Unit), attendance, and students' willingness to learn. So that groups of students who have the potential to have achievements can be identified. In this case, the grouping of student performance data uses Fuzzy Clustering by applying the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Possibilistic C-Means (PCM) algorithms with the help of Matlab. In the FCM algorithm, the membership degree is updated so as to produce a minimum objective function value. This is indicated by the threshold value of 1 = 2.976 resulting in pure premium of 1 = 0.1217, a threshold value of 2 = 10.0539 resulting in pure premium 2 = 0.0867 and a threshold value of 3 = 26.199 resulting in pure premium 3 = 0.0849. The use of expected value premium principle with the loading factor () is weighted to the value of the pure premium represented by. The lack of students' ability to understand the set material can be seen from the results of initial observations by the researcher. The subject of this research are 37 students consisting of 9 boys and 28 girls, the initial student abilities were identified as follows: (a) very good of 7 people or 18.92%; (b) either of 7 people or 18.92%; (c) sufficient of 5 people or 13.51%; (d) less of 13 people or 35.14%; and (e) very less of 5 people or 13.51%. This research applied the inquiry-based learning method to improve mathematics learning outcomes. This research was conducted with a classroom action research design with two cycles. Based on the results and discussion, it was concluded that student learning outcomes before using the inquiry-based learning method were categorized as poor with a percentage of 59.56%. After using the inquiry-based learning method in learning, there was an increase in learning outcomes in a good category, reaching 75.80% in cycle I, and an increase in cycle II reaching a percentage of 83.40%. Anak Gresik Raya Kencana and looking for the maximum number of subsidized fertilizer needs distributed in Lamongan district each year so that there is no scarcity and HET (Highest Retail Price) does not increase by applying the hungarian method. In this case, the problem is expressed as a bipartite graph, especially a complete weighted bipartite graph that applies the concept of matching, which is a perfect matching search with maximum weight using the Hungarian method. Matching is said to be perfect if it has fulfilled all the sets of vertices X and Y. Obtained the results of the allocation of subsidized fertilizer distribution by the distributor of PT. From the maximum value of production, the sector that is most superior in consumption fish production is pond cultivation, and the lowest is floating net cage cultivation. Therefore, the purchase data is one of the things that is kept secret by the business actors, such as PT Lamongan Marine Industry. With current technology hackers can easily hack such data, so the use of cryptography is a very appropriate solution to this problem. In this study the authors used the Vigenere Cipher algorithm and the RSA algorithm with a high security key. The hacker was not easy to find out the contents of the data. The data obtained is a purchase order, then presented in tabular form. The data is then encrypted and decrypted so that the comparison of the two algorithms is known. The results of the analysis state that the Vigenere Cipher algorithm is more effective in both encryption and decryption processing time. Ciphertext generated from the encryption process of the Vigenere Cipher algorithm is mostly in the form of punctuation, while the ciphertext generated by the RSA algorithm from the encryption process is mostly in alphabetical letters. In the process of picking up, taking the optimal route is needed to save costs and time. The purpose of this study is to develop a model School transportation routes using the Clustered Generalized Vehicle Routing Problem (CGVRP ) model and the Dijkstra algorithm to get a more optimal route from the route that has been used. Furthermore, comparing the real distance from the shuttle transportation routes with the distance from the results of this case study using the CGVRP model and the Dijkstra algorithm. From the research results obtained by using the CGVRP model and the Djikstra algorithm which is applied to the case study of shuttle students at Darus Sunnah SDIT We found that our result has shorter distance when compared to the distance of the usual route.. The total distance on the SDIT Darus Sunnah route is 2.746.416 meters and costs Rp. 2.214.288 in a month. While the distance from the proposed route obtained 2.333.616 meters for at Rp. 1.881.478 in a month. Considering that Sumbawa Regency is one of the regions with a high level of drought, information on irrigation water requirements for land preparation needs to be known because it can optimize the allocation of the use of dam water discharge. And one of the important stages needed in the planning and management of irrigation systems. Based on this, the aim of this study is to forecast water requirements for land preparation in the irrigation area of Batu Bulan Dam by using cyclical methods because the data patterns are cyclical or seasonal. The factors that influence water requirements for preparing agricultural land are topography, hydrology, climatology and soil texture. From these factors, the data is then analysed so that the volume of water preparation needs to be obtained every month so that the results of the analysis can be predicted for the next period. \u0000Keyword: Forecasting, Cyclic methods, water requirements for land preparation, irrigation, agriculture. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak. Luas area pertanian di kecamatan Moyo Hulu Kabupaten Sumbawa sebesar 6000 hektar dengan sumber air irigasi dari Bendungan Batu Bulan yang merupakan bendungan terbesar di Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan luas 932 hektar. Mengingat Kabupaten Sumbawa salah satu wilayah dengan tingkat kekeringan yang cukup tinggi maka Informasi kebutuhan air irigasi untuk penyiapan lahan perlu diketahui karena dapat mengoptimalkan pengalokasian pengunaan debit air bendungan. Serta salah satu tahap penting yang diperlukan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan sistem irigasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meramalkan kebutuhan air untuk penyiapan lahan di daerah irigasi Bendungan Batu Bulan dengan menngunakan metode siklis karena pola datanya bersifat siklis atau musiman. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebutuhan air untuk penyiapan lahan pertanian adalah topografi, hidrologi, klimatologi dan tekstur tanah.
