The need for encouragement and thoughts from various parties such as the government, religious leaders, and the entire community to support the implementation of the cash waqf. However, due to the lack of educational understanding about cash waqf, many people do not understand. This study aims to determine the paradigm of the community as well as their understanding of cash waqf at Perumnas Batu Anam, Siantar District, Simalungun Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with data sourced from observations and direct interviews with the surrounding community. This study found that there are many people who do not understand about cash waqf due to the lack of education and socialization as well as supporting literature about cash waqf. The low paradigm and public understanding of cash waqf causes a threat to the existence and implementation of cash waqf among the community. The solution to this problem is to carry out regular socialization in various places as a form of effort in grounding cash waqf for the benefit of the community. Abstrak: Wakaf tunai merupakan salah satu instumen penting dalam membangkitkan ekonomi sosial umat. Perlunya dorongan dan pemikiran dari berbagai pihak seperti pemerintah, tokoh agama, dan seluruh masyarakat untuk mendukung pengimplementasian wakaf tunai tersebut. Namun dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman edukasi tentang wakaf tunai, banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengerti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui paradigma masyarakat sekaligus pemahamannya terhadap wakaf tunai di Perumnas Batu Anam, Kecamatan Siantar, Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan data yang bersumber dari hasil obsevasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa banyak terdapat masyarakat yang tidak paham mengenai wakaf tuni dikarenakan minimnya edukasi maupun sosialisasi serta literatur yang mendukung tentang wakaf tunai. Rendahnya paradigma dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang wakaf tunai menyebabkan ancaman bagi eksistensi serta implementasi wakaf tunai di kalangan masyarakat. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The method in this study, the sample taken as many as 85 respondents. The technique used is Probability Sampling using the Simple Random Sampling method. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is respondent descriptive, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing processed by SPSS V 24.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the known value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.169 or 16.9% while 83 ,1% is determined by other factors. Obtained tcount 3,069 with Sig. smaller than the t-value of 0.003 <0.05 for the X1 variable, then a t-table with Df = 56 (2.003) is obtained, so the t-value is 3.069 > 2.003, so it can be concluded: \"The Effect of Variable X1 on Variable Y\" is significant. For Variable X2, tcount is 1,100 with Sig. is greater than the value of t value 0.276> 0.05 for the X2 variable, then the obtained t table with Df = 56 (2.003) then the t-value is 1.100 < 2.003, so it can be concluded: \"The effect of Variable X1 on Variable Y\" is not significant. This type of research is field research conducted at PT Bank BSI Binjai using quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the author uses is documentation in the form of financial statements of PT bank BSI Binjai in 2015-2019. Data analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that murabahah financing to ROA profitability at PT Bank BSI Binjai did not have a significant effect on the correlation coefficient between murabahah financing and profitability of 0.705 which means a positive and strong correlation to profit, while the simple linear regression coefficient of murabahah financing to profit is 0.369 and the standard regression coefficient is 0.214. Based on both numbers obtained thitung = 1.723. While the critical value according to the table uses the formula t α df n-2 which is 0.05 df 5-2 = 3. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely research that is intended to provide accurate information related to the field. The source of this research data was taken through interviews with customer service at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Rantauprapat. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Sumber data penelitian ini diambil melalui wawancara dengan customer service di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Rantauprapat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. In this study, researchers used a collection technique, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are data editing, data classification, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the process and realization of murabahah contract financing at PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan is almost the same as financing in general, starting with an application, survey and disbursement, while financing products using a murabahah contract are motor financing, car purchases, electronic goods purchases, raw material purchases, and home renovations. . Wakalah contract participation is carried out at the same time as the implementation of murabahah financing. The inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing by PT. People who are used as informants in this study are employees and customers who use the E-Banking product of PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office. Data analysis in this study consisted of data editing, data classification, data verification, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the application of the use of E-Banking technology offered by PT. Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Office Stabat that is Automatic Teller Machine, Sala Muamalat, Muamalat Internet Banking, Muamalat Mobile Banking, Virtual Account Muamalat, Muamalat Cash Management System, and Muamalat Outlets (Payment Point Online Bank). Barriers to the use of E-Banking technology at PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office, namely unsupported network, lack of customer capability regarding the use of technology, and technical problems using E-Banking. There was an increase in the service perceived by customers with the E-Banking facilities offered by PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classical assumption tests (Normality Test, Multicolilinierity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test), then hypothesis test (statistical test t, statistical test f, and determination coefficient test). The results showed that partially or simultaneously the Mudharabah Financing Risk Level and the Musyarakah Financing Risk Level had a significant effect on Profitability in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. Mudharabah Financing Risk Level and Musyarakah Financing Risk Level affect Profitability Level (ROA) in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat amounted to 90.3%, while the remaining 9.7% was influenced by other variables that were not present in this study. There is a negative or opposite relationship between research variables, meaning that if the risk level of mudharabah financing and the level of risk of musyarakah financing has increased then profitability (ROA) of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat will experience a decline Conversely, if the risk level of mudharabah financing and the level of risk of musyarakah financing decreases then the profitability (ROA) of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat. The research method used is a qualitative research method that is descriptive with an empirical approach. The results of the study explained that the mechanisms and procedures for vehicle financing in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat begins with the submission of proposals / files, investigation of files, approval of financing and signing of financing contracts, after that the Bank makes a purchase order (PO) to the dealer / showroom that contains specifications according to the customer's wishes and prepares all documents needed for the disbursement of financing by the Bank and installment payments in accordance with the agreement. Marketing strategy implemented by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat in increasing motor vehicle financing refers to the marketing mix, namely products, prices, distribution / place, and promotion. The results of the SWOT analysis are the strengths of its implementation in accordance with sharia, light down payment, low margins, long installment periods and free of penalty fees, in addition to a strategic location. Weakness is the lack of knowledge of the community. Opportunities are the high interest of the public to buy a vehicle and the increasingly fanatical Muslims with their religion.
