Filipović","doi":"10.5937/vojdelo1902055f","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/vojdelo1902055f","url":null,"abstract":"U radu su izneti rezultati naucne deskripcije teorijskih saznanja i dostignuca koncepta održivog razvoja, koja se nalaze u dostupnom fondu naucnog znanja, uz nastojanje da se definisu moguci pravci i prioriteti za kvalitetno ekolosko obrazovanje kroz implementaciju nastavnih sadržaja o konceptu održivog razvoja u obrazovni sistem. Istraživanje je preduzeto sa ciljem realnijeg i objektivnijeg sagledavanja kljucnih problema u pogledu definisanja koncepta održivog razvoja i implementacije ciljeva razvoja koji se odnose na ekolosko obrazovanje. Koriscenjem kombinovanog metodoloskog pristupa zasnovanog na pregledu naucne literature iz ove oblasti, zatim sekundarnoj analizi podataka navedenih u zvanicnim izvestajima institucija nadležnih za sprovođenje strategija održivog razvoja, ali i na analizi sadržaja i dokumenta zvanicnih saopstenja kljucnih politickih predstavnika, sa posebnim osvrtom na pravni okvir i implementaciju održivog razvoja u sistem obrazovanja. {"title":"The theoretical basis of the branding of the Serbian Armed Forces","authors":"Aleksandar Petrovic","doi":"10.5937/vojdelo2205071p","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/vojdelo2205071p","url":null,"abstract":"The structure of the military organization, its social, normative and legal role, doctrine, history and tradition, specific internal relations, combat readiness, weapons, external features, the attitude and behaviour of personnel to its fundamental values and, finally, the way it communicates with the public, make the totality of the identity of the Serbian Armed Forces. The way that the public perceives the identity characteristics of the military represents a dynamic category that we call an image. A reputation, like an image, is based on the subjective perception of an identity, with the difference that establishing a reputation requires personal experience in relation to the organization and the period in which such an experience is confirmed. Brand and branding are occasionally, theoretically inconsistently, related to the Serbian Armed Forces as an organization, while the main properties of these concepts established in marketing are ignored. This paper analyses various definitions and determinants of the concept of brand, and offers an answer to the question: whether and in which case it is possible to talk about \"the brand of the Serbian Armed Forces\" and why its public image should primarily be considered and studied through the prism of an organizational identity, image and reputation. Politike preduzetnistva su multidisciplinarne i povezane sa drugim oblastima poput obrazovanja, tehnologija i inovacija, finansiranja i izgradnje sistema podrske. Programi i mere, koje sugerisu dokumenta poput rezolucija Generalne skupstine Ujedinjenih nacija, a koja se odnose na preduzetnistvo, ukoliko se uklope u nacionalne politike oporavka ekonomija zemalja u razvoju, mogu doprineti održivom razvoju njihovih privreda i ekonomskom napretku, a samim tim dovesti do celokupnog razvoja drustva. Kako bi se nacionalne politike mogle pratiti, odnosno njihov ucinak, stvoreni su naucno-istraživacki alati u vidu indikatora uspesnosti preduzetnickih politika. Cilj im je da određenu politiku i mere, koje se putem nje preduzimaju, valorizuje i komparativno sagleda. It is also an instrument of state foreign policy. As such, it is always at the centre of international events. On the other hand, modern threats, such as terrorism, organized crime and corruption are difficult to overcome without the involvement of intelligence services. They use different measures, methods and procedures in their work. However, revealing individual intentions and plans of other states requires special knowledge and skills. The Human Intelligence (HUMINT) method enables the achievement of such a goal, but it is, from the aspect of the state that it is used for, illegal, thus state protects itself from it by defining it as the criminal act of espionage in its criminal law. This paper presents a comparative legal overview of the criminal act of espionage in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Hungary. We have tried to point out the situation and solutions related to the mentioned criminal act in the legislation of the neighbouring countries. In addition, the HUMINT method is very often conducted under the guise of diplomatic activities. The subject of research in this paper is teamwork in the organizational units of the Ministry of Interior, in accordance with the fact that it provides the possibility of higher productivity and quality. One main and five auxiliary hypotheses have been formulated. The main hypothesis is: There are differences in the attitudes of employees about teamwork in the observed organizations depending on their academic qualifications, but in general all employees have positive attitudes about teamwork. The objective of the research is to determine the attitudes of employees about teamwork in relation to their academic qualifications. Within this paper, the research has been performed by using several methods: the method of analysis and synthesis, survey method (survey technique using a questionnaire in order to evaluate the hypotheses that have been formulated) and statistical method. The research sample included 90 employees in the organizational units of the City of Belgrade Police Directorate of the General Police Directorate, namely the Police Office for Railway Safety and the Police Office of the Police Station Savski venac. The Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Interior, as representatives of state security, seek to place the function of human resources management as much as possible in the function of the Armed Forces and the police, their efficiency and development. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the functioning of human resources management in the aforementioned ministries with a critical review of the existing solutions. The objective of this paper is to find mutual similarities and differences, as well as positive examples, through a comparative analysis, in order to define the best practice and suggest a desirable direction of development. Furthermore, efforts are being made to inform the wider scientific public about the role and importance of the function of human resources management in the defence and security systems. In accordance with the subject and objective of the research, the paper first presents the general framework of human resources management. Then focus is directed to its role in security management, and then a comparative review of two models of human resources management is done. A comparative analysis and comparative legal, inductive and empirical research methods have been used.
