This initiative supports the concept of Independent Learning Campus Independence with a focus on freedom, innovation and independence. Sexual violence was identified as a major obstacle to creating an inclusive learning environment. The PPKS Task Force, like at USU, UM, and UPR, is collaborating with Puspeka to provide training and use creative media such as comics and videos to increase students' understanding and awareness regarding this issue. However, participation in PPKS socialization is still minimal, and this research suggests increasing the use of creative media to disseminate information. This study was conducted at seven universities in six provinces of Indonesia, using the Participatory Action Research method with the active participation of students, lecturers and education staff. The development of creative media, such as short films and short stories, is field tested to strengthen understanding regarding PPKS and build an inclusive and healthy educational environment. The research findings demonstrate the urgency of addressing sexual violence in higher education and recommend a more targeted and comprehensive awareness campaign to increase understanding and participation in PPKS initiatives throughout Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":259210,"journal":{"name":"Randwick International of Social Science Journal","volume":"734 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140474776","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the Society 5.0 era, women have a crucial role in increasing competitiveness through entrepreneurship. Even though the business potential in the region is significant, human resources have not been fully optimized. This research identified several problems, including the low competitiveness of female entrepreneurs, lack of managerial experience, lack of innovation ability, and limited education. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, involving 115 female entrepreneurs as respondents. The results of the analysis show that the majority of female entrepreneurs are aged 41-50 years, have 2-5 years of business experience, and most do not have a business license. Nevertheless, the quality of women entrepreneurs is considered good, especially in terms of interpersonal skills and responsibility for business. The analysis also reveals the importance of the quality of human resources in increasing competitive advantage. Technical skills, management, entrepreneurship and personal maturity were identified as key factors that need to be improved. It is hoped that the transformation of human resources can improve the quality and innovation of women entrepreneurs. In the context of digitalization, women entrepreneurs need to utilize digital marketing to expand business networks. As many as 46.09% of respondents agreed with this effort. Improving the quality of human resources in terms of mastery of information technology is crucial for taking advantage of digitalization opportunities. The results of the Forum Group Discussion emphasize the importance of the business community, in-depth training, and the role of the family in supporting women entrepreneurs. Technological innovation, understanding regulations, and halal certification are also considered important to improve product quality. This research contributes by identifying the problems and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs in North Sumatra. By implementing the Social Entrepreneur Strengthening Model, it is hoped that the transformation of human resources can increase the competitiveness and welfare of women entrepreneurs and support local economic growth.","PeriodicalId":259210,"journal":{"name":"Randwick International of Social Science Journal","volume":"465 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140478026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The importance of national unity is shown by our findings since 96% of respondents agree that it is important. This highlights the Afghan people's historical fortitude in the face of outside pressures and internal strife.The analysis highlights several other significant geopolitical factors in addition to national unity, such as leadership, Aryan culture, human resources, and geographic position. Together, these elements plus Afghanistan's historical, cultural, and physical background shape the country's might. Notably, despite their historical significance, religion, and natural resources were seen as having less of an impact, defying accepted beliefs about their influence. The study also emphasizes how Afghanistan's national power is dynamic, with new geopolitical components like \"Aryan culture\" and \"quality of diplomacy\" becoming significant players in the changing geopolitical environment. In conclusion, this study sheds light on the intricate web of geopolitical variables supporting Afghanistan's sovereignty. The cornerstones of the nation's strength are its unity and a variety of historical, cultural, and geographical elements. Comprehending these dynamics is imperative to apprehend Afghanistan's position in the international sphere and to formulate strategies that augment its stability and sway.","PeriodicalId":259210,"journal":{"name":"Randwick International of Social Science Journal","volume":"51 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140481470","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Indonesian Constitution affirms philosophically that promoting public welfare is the responsibility of the government so that its role in employment is very much needed. The relationship between workers/laborers and employers arises from existence of a working agreement. The nature of the prevailing work assention is decided by the boss straightforwardly putting the position of the worker/laborer as the frail party. Therefore, even though at first the employment relationship only involved workers/laborers and employers, it needs to be regulated and supervised by the government as a form of protection for workers/laborers who are always in a disadvantageous position. The presence of the government as the maker and implementer and supervisor of employment policies is a form of implementation and development of welfare state concept. This concept emphasizes that the state does not only maintain law and order but is mindful for looking for the welfare of the individuals.
