This training was conducted at Islamic University of Indragiri (UNISI) involving 8 lecturers of English Department. This training and mentoring activity was divided into three sessions, first is conveying basic concept of RPS, second is constructing RPS and the third is discussing and presenting RPS. From a series of activities, it can be concluded that the ability of the English department lecturers of Islamic University of Indragiri has increased. However, in reality, there are still cases of mismatch of talents, interests/ability with the chosen career, causing individuals to become stressed, burdened and even drop out of college. Thus, the need for socialization of career selection in order to direct individuals to achieve success in the future. This service is carried out at the State High School (SMA) 01 Reteh. This type of research is community service with the lecture method, and question and answer. The steps carried out in this service are in the form of providing information about education or position, student achievement, and evaluation. Especially for Malang and surrounding areas, the management of TPQ is still not optimal, for example TPQ in Mojosari Village, Gambiran, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. Management that has not reached the good category needs a helping hand from the UM abdimas team, considering the UM RENSTRA which wants to realize the downstreaming of science and research results. The Abdimas team consisting of lecturers across faculties, apart from having experience in research and service, also has a real role in their respective regions regarding TPQ and takmir. The undoubted competence of the team and the additional composition of students are expected to assist the implementation of management training activities at partner TPQ. Management training is expected to improve the quality of TPQ management from several aspects, namely: finance, programs, and governance. This activity is carried out using training methods (knowledge and skills) which are carried out in a structured and periodic manner. Each activity evaluates (measures) the achievement/success of the Abdimas program. Questionnaires are provided as data collectors for final analysis. However, especially students at MI Nurul Huda Sungai Binjai, Keritang District did not read poetry by applying the conditions or rules for reading poetry. For instance: not reading poetry with the correct pronunciation, not using beautiful intonation, also not expressing the poetry properly. Thus, the training was given to students to read poetry properly. The method used in this service is the training method. In addition, there was a Learning Program Unit (SAP) which informed the materials that must be delivered in the learning process. This information system was equipped with a learning application for the National Examination for students, consisting of subject material and practice of multiple-choice questions for economics, sociology, Indonesian, English, Geography, and Mathematics. The data constructed from the Education Office of Muaro Jambi Regency and the organizers of the package C program. Ramadhan, its various functions and consequences, effected teachers' roles and responsibilities that must also deliver educating and guiding their students during the school day so that someday they become someone who can control their desires and have high motivation to do good deeds. The purpose of this community service was to increase students' motivation to worship through the Pesantren Kilat program. This activity was carried out at SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir, Riau, Indonesia.
