Combined with the characteristics and requirements of substation location, the real number coding strategy and elite retention scheme are adopted. The minimum annual cost of substation planning is regarded as the fitness to realize the adaptive search of spatial solution in spatial range, which can effectively solve the problems of local optimal solution and premature. The probability of mutation and crossover is determined according to individual fitness differentiation, which improves the convergence speed and solution accuracy of the algorithm. The example results show that the algorithm has good optimization ability, convergence characteristics, simple operation and fast running speed. An improved Min-min scheduling algorithm which called B-Min-min is introduced. Then we present an analysis on the model of task scheduling, where load balance especially the maximum usage of a node is considered. Improving the anti-reconnaissance performance of radar is an important means to enhance radar electronic countermeasures. And anti-sorting signal design can fundamentally enhance the anti-reconnaissance capability of radar. Aiming at the sequence difference histogram algorithm widely used in signal reconnaissance, the anti-sorting signal is designed from the point of destroying the estimation value of signal pulse repetition period by sorting algorithm. In this paper, the working steps of the sequential difference histogram sorting algorithm are firstly sorted out and the key steps of the algorithm for signal sorting are analyzed. Then the signal design scheme is proposed. Firstly, a high-speed camera is used to obtain the vibration video image of the measured structure, and then, the dense optical flow method in the visual measurement technology is used to capture the transformer motion information. Finally, the ODS cloud image of the measured structure is obtained. The feasibility of this method is verified by the cantilever beam vibration experiment. The proposed method is applied to the vibration analysis of power transformers, and the operational deflection shapes of the equipment are obtained under the corresponding conditions by simulating the loosening conditions of transformer bolts in different degrees. Although they are widely used because of their simple operation and high experience, the security of authentication provided by them is not high, and the server operator is positioned as a trusted party who can fully control the user’s identity. To solve this problem, many identity recognition systems adopt the concepts of public key encryption and decentralization,but the requirement that users generate and manage public and private key pairs, and that users often do not have such expertise, has become a key factor in the failure of PKI for many end users. To sum up, this paper proposes a decentralized identity and password authentication system (DIA) based on block chain as an identity and authentication framework. Users can register their own user name password pairs and use them as general credentials. The system provides a global name space, meaningful user names, and the ability to resist user name conflict attacks. An improved version of this encoder-decoder model has been developed based on the U-Net encoder-decoder structure. First of all, we replace all convolutions in the model with depthwise separable convolutions in the end-to-end training phase in order to reduce the total number of parameters and computations in the model. The second part of the work proposes the use of a Bottleneck Coordinate Attention Module (BCAM) in order to overcome the problems caused by depthwise separable convolutions being a source of accuracy reductions. By combining the advantages of both the Bottleneck Residual Block (BRB) and Coordinate Attention Mechanism (CAM), BCAM is able to extract deeper features in higher-dimensional space as well as embed coordinate information into the channel attention mechanism in order to extract more information over a wider area. The use of machines to replace people to complete tasks such as cleaning and sanitation in the home, and to release people from the complicated housework has become the life concept of more and more people nowadays. At present, most of the home service robots are mainly disabled robots and housework robots such as sweeping robots. The functions are relatively simple. A family often needs to be equipped with multiple robots to meet people’s needs, and the cost is high. In addition, there are still many manual labors in the family that need to be done by people, such as carrying heavy objects, knocking nails, screwing screws, etc. Now that all work is becoming more intelligent and automated, people are eager to do these tasks by machines. In 2019, the “Joint Tips for Preventing Falls for the Elderly” jointly issued by seven institutions including the Chinese Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics, the Chronic Disease Center of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Beijing Institute of Geriatrics of the National Health Commission showed that falls are the most common cause of falls in my country. The number one cause of injury death among people over 65 years of age. Falls are a serious threat to the health of the elderly. The main cause of traumatic fractures in the elderly is falls. More than half of the elderly who visit medical institutions due to injuries each year are caused by falls. At the same time, the older the elderly, the higher the risk of injury or death from falls. Based on the above background, we designed this multi-purpose household auxiliary mobile robot. This robot has three forms, and is equipped with a handling robot arm and a blessing robot. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end reinforcement learning local navigation method with multi-modal data fusion, which effectively combines the intrinsic perception, such as Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) measurements, and the extrinsic perception, such as Three-dimensional (3D) point clouds and images, of an unmanned vehicle. A specific feature extraction network is constructed for each modal data, and the total network is effectively trained using a modal separation learning method.
