Around this problem, this paper designs a Borderline-SMOTE-random forest prediction model for unbalanced data such as bank customers. Combined with the oversampling algorithm, it can better solve the unbalanced data and the strong anti-noise ability of random forest. OOB error rate, AUC, Precision, Recall, and F-mean are used as the evaluation indicators of the model, and KNN, decision tree and Naive Bayes are used as comparisons. However, in view of the high complaint rate caused by power failures, the problem of long power failure time in urban public transformation is found out. By investigating the outage time of public transformer in urban areas, we get the fact that the emergency repair time is long after the failure of public transformer in urban areas. In this paper, by sorting out the types of faults in the urban common transformer areas, the emergency repair time of each type of fault was queried and counted, and the reasons for the long emergency repair time of the common transformer areas were demonstrated and the long repair time of JP cabinet was deeply analyzed. It was determined that the reason for the long emergency repair time of JP cabinet switch fault was long. Through the research and development and experiment, anti-shedding hex socket and special screw fastening device were successfully made. The monitoring system is equipped with a lithium-ion battery, which is wirelessly recharged when the power is too low and can work continuously for 175 days in a fully charged state. Based on these, a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system with wireless charging is designed in this paper. The system mainly includes a 433Mhz wireless communication module, a wireless charging module, and a temperature and humidity collection module. The temperature and humidity collection module collects the data and sends it to the host computer through the 433Mhz wireless communication module to realize real-time monitoring. Firstly, the overall framework of the carrier communication system is designed according to the practical application requirements of on-line detection of the cable intermediate joint, and the carrier communication system model of cable intermediate joint based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is built by using the Simulink platform for simulation analysis; On this basis, the carrier communication system is simulated in the laboratory to test the transmission performance of the system; Finally, the field communication experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the carrier communication system can realize reliable data transmission in a complex environment by setting the baud rate, packet length, and adding parity check. The overall communication performance is good and the bit error rate (BER) is zero. Nonetheless, the temperature measurement process of the infrared sensor is affected by several factors, such as the measurement distance, the emissivity of the object’s surface, the ambient temperature, and so on. Therefore, there is still considerable error between the measured temperature and the ground-truth one. Two significant factors severely limit the temperature calibration: the complex factors mentioned above and the lack of big data for learning nonlinear-mapping. This paper proposes a soft-calibration approach of infrared imaging temperature based upon the combination of the physical model of thermal radiation (PMTR) and variational Bayesian inference (VBI). Rather than big-data mining, the proposed method can combine PMTR and the sparsity-enforcing prior of the infrared image, therefore using the VBI algorithm to learn the nonlinear mapping relationships from a limited dataset. Moreover, the exponential potential prior is properly assigned to the Bayesian inference process and the Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence criterion is adopted for the optimization process. The soft calibration of a cost-effective of infrared sensor has been carried out through the experiment. Aiming at the shortcomings of existing obstacle avoidance algorithms that avoid obstacles by adjusting the direction or speed, based on the speed obstacle method, a hybrid obstacle avoidance strategy with simultaneous direction and speed adjustment is proposed. First, according to the principle of the speed obstacle method, it is judged whether there is a flight conflict between the UAV and the dynamic obstacle; then in the scenario of a single dynamic obstacle, the mathematical formula is used to accurately derive the difference between the heading and the speed that the UAV needs to adjust to avoid obstacles.
