At the same time, these problems decrease the recommender accuracy and influence the application effect of the recommender systems. Aiming at these problems, this paper presents a collaborative filtering algorithm based on adaptive artificial immune network. In the algorithm, the clone and mutation mechanism of the artificial immune network is utilized to get the implicit ratings to reduce the data sparsity. The algorithm uses the clone suppression and network suppression to decrease the data dimension and improve the scalability of recommender system. Three-dimensional finite element model is established on the based of Biot consolidation theory, the model is loaded and calculated on the based of considering lateral deformation and spatial seepage, elastic-plasticity character of soil, construction stage loading progress etc. case study is analyzed to obtain the regular of settlement, lateral displacement and excess hydrostatic pore pressure. The calculation value of finite element method is reasonable to compare with measured data. The finite element method is used to simulate truly every position and step settlement, later displacement and excess hydrostatic pore pressure, feedback calculation value can instruct information construction, control and adjust fill rate of construction, and then settlement of embankment is controlled better. In allusion to the traditional location model based on the algorithm encapsuled by GIS software and Steiner tree problem, this paper proposed a location model of Weighted Steiner tree problem and gave its improved algorithm based on Multi-Agent System. In order to improve efficiency for transferring image data in real time, a coding-crossed algorithm for ROI automatic detected of infrared target image is studied as same time as it is realized on the frame of JPEG2000. Firstly, this paper designs the hardware subsystem with three-layer structure. At the information center layer, four data acquiring servers are linked with a double control disk array subsystem, which ensures the stability of monitoring system. The network layer adopts the RS485-TCP/IP mode and the RS485-ZigBee-TCP/IP mode to collect information from RS485 protocol terminal modules. Then this paper introduces the software subsystem with multi-tier distributed application services, which contains the persistence layer, the application layer, and the representation layer. Every layer is independent relatively, and may be developed by different technology. The effective information of bus traveling can be obtained from IC card data by using the data mining technology. The attraction weight coefficient OD calculation method is used for obtaining the basis public transport passengers flow data. Based on these, this paper analysed the data mined and discusses its application according to the characteristics of urban public transportation. The effective information of passenger flow distribution was used for arranging the Public Transport operation mode. This paper makes up the shortfall that IC card data is only used in calculating the distance but not in mining meaningful information about the arrangement of route operation mode. In Pervasive Computing the courses of devices using Service Discovery Technologies have stable and unstable states, the existing Service Discovery Technologies have a shortcoming of having no response to the stable states, and this brings unnecessary cost of service. To overcome this demerit a method of detecting stable and unstable states is introduced and proved. According to the method we experimented with pure DEAPspace to detect the stable and unstable states, and the results prove the correctness of the theory. {"title":"Exploring the Determinants of Soil and Water Conservation Measures with Data Mining Techniques","authors":"D. As a consortium of national and international institutions, WOCAT (World Overview of Conservation Approaches and Technologies) has developed a database system to record specific details about the environmental and socioeconomic setting in soil and water management. Factor analysis, as a data mining technique, was used in the present work and the results show that adoption of SWC measures were influenced primarily by four factors including economic efficiency, human setting and land use, natural environment and soil quality. The first factor named as economic efficiency explained 18.888% of the total variance which comprised of variables like short term returns to establishment, long term returns to establishment, short term returns to maintenance and long term returns to maintenance. The second factor called human setting and land use explained 17.546% (comprised of variables like land ownership, off-farm income, market orientation, wealth, production subsidy and size of crop land per household) and the third factor called natural environment explained 14.945% (comprised of variables like average annual rainfall and slope) of the total variance, respectively.
