In recent years this issue has become one of the most discussed in the European Union due to the migration crisis and the development of geopolitical transformations. By examining the relevant provisions of primary and secondary EU law, especially certain provisions of EU secondary legislation, as well as the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (hereinafter — CJEU), the author concludes that the European Union institutions and competent authorities need to change their approach when it comes to labor market needs. The migration crisis of 2015-2019 has shown the need to develop and further adopt a common migration policy at the supranational level, with particular attention to the regulation of labor migration. Details on improving and developing a program for the integration and assimilation of migrants in host countries are extremely important. There is also a need to develop online platforms and tools to help potential migrants better integrate, which could be similar to the European Job Mobility Portal (EURES). Particular attention needs to be paid to the implementation of European law at the supranational level, as individual countries complicate administrative and bureaucratic regulation in order to reduce the flow of migration into their countries. In general, despite some progress in the development of EU migration law, there is a need to improve it in order to bring it into line with the reality of migration regulation.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. Within the framework of this approach, based on the SWOT analysis of the republic's existing potential, the competitive advantages’ factors are identified and the territorial marketing development in the region is evaluated. The authors conducted the analysis of the best practices of territorial marketing in the regions of Russia, which showed that all of them have specialized structures for the territorial marketing development. To solve the existing problems in this area, a model of the territorial marketing management system in the Republic of Dagestan is proposed and a list of measures for the implementation of regional marketing strategies is defined for each of the program’s strategic directions. Within the framework of this model, it is proposed to create specialized marketing institutes for the development of marketing activities in the republic. For each strategic direction of territorial marketing development in the region: image marketing, attraction marketing, infrastructure marketing and population marketing, a set of measures is proposed that form a systematic integrated approach. To increase the effectiveness of the implementation process of strategic marketing directions in the republic, it is proposed to provide them with information support based on the use of crowdsourcing.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. As well as the impact on the GDP of Tajikistan of remittances from Russia of Tajik labor migrants and their role in the formation of the labor market and the creation of new jobs in the Republic of Tajikistan. Traditionally, the main directions of labor migration for citizens of Tajikistan in recent years have been and remain the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan and some CIS countries. There is no need for citizens of Tajikistan to obtain visas to these countries, since there is an agreement on a visa-free regime between Tajikistan and the CIS countries. The role of Tajik migrants' remittances in the socio-economic development of Tajikistan, including households and individual regions, is very large, and Tajikistan is among the leading countries in the world with a high share of migrant remittances in the gross domestic product. Russia remains the main channel of emigration for Tajiks, and it is from Russia that most of the remittances of Tajik emigrants are sent. The motivating factor for the transfer of funds is the fact that migrants take care of their family, loved ones, those left at home: spouses, children, parents and members of wider family and social circles.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review.
