With the analysis of the dynamical characteristics of the low energy return orbit, the return orbit is divided into two phases and a bi-directional integral searching method is proposed. To carry out the searching and optimization process, the STK/Astrogator module is applied to build the simulation environment. It is difficult to establish an exact model for a robotic manipulator with unknown dynamics. This paper proposes an adaptive control algorithm based on RBF neural network for the manipulator trajectory tracking control. Firstly, a neural network is employed to off-line identify the unknown model of the manipulator system. Then, another RBF neural network is adopted to approximate and compensate the uncertain item in the nonlinear dynamic model respectively. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the corresponding adaptive adjustment laws of neural network weights are derived, and a robust controller is designed to further reduce the approximation error of the model. The existence conditions of the gain matrices of the H∞ functional observer are derived based on the linear matrix inequality, and the gain matrices of the functional observer is obtained. The error dynamics asymptotically converges to zero when systems in the absence of noises. The proposed functional observer can effectively suppress disturbances in the presence of noises. Indicators of building the H-BRB models include rain, wind, fog, frost, disasters and so on. Model data are from January 1, 2017, to August 30, 2018. The case study shows that high-speed line is relatively safer than the existing line. The results of the assessment are compared with the historical records of accidents and failures to verify the effectiveness of the method. Through the establishment of the aerodynamic model, the aerodynamic and balanced angle of attack data under the typical flight conditions of the guided munitions are calculated. Based on the aerodynamic characteristics, this paper establishes an angle of attack identification model and proposes an IMU layout scheme. Combined with the test data, the angle of attack identification results of the guided munitions were calculated. The detection algorithm based on deep learning has become a research hotspot with its applicability and robustness. However, the small scale of target and the lack of feature information in such scenes will make it difficult for UAV to effectively detect targets. Consider all these, this paper improves the network structure of feature extraction layer, re-selects the scale and quantity of anchors by system clustering method, and optimizes the calculation of Focal loss based on RetinaNet. Through simulation test, the method improves the detection accuracy under the premise of ensuring accuracy. Firstly, the architecture of super-large-scale energy storage system and the structure of control system based on power converter are constructed. Accordingly, the non-linear model of the system is established and the virtual synchronous generator model is equivalent. Meanwhile, the influence of different virtual inertia on the output frequency of the system is investigated. Based on these, a secondary coordinated controller is designed by using robust control method. As a result, it can solve the asynchronous problem of voltage and frequency when multiple energy storage units are connected to the grid in large-scale energy storage system, due to the complexity of equipment and the limitation of conventional control system architecture.
