The wire grids are divided into five sections. These sections are provided with the same projection lengths and different numbers of wire grids. In this configuration of metamateriel, we obtain a narrow transparent window by employing infrared light on the Silicon materials. Nevertheless, our device achieves transparency deep by turning off the infrared light. Therefore, our device is the controllable EIT with excitation carriers of semiconductor. In order to analyse our results, we demonstrate the magnetic energy density at the central frequency of the transparent window. To reduce the complexity of AS, two hybrid AS schemes are proposed for massive MIMO in this paper, i.e. selection-selection AS and group-selection AS. The former is a selection-selection hybrid scheme and the latter is a group-selection hybrid scheme. We designed the configuration of the sensor by HFSS simulation firstly, and then fabricated a concept-proofed copper device. Finally, we constructed a close metallic cylinder and tested the pressure sensing performance of the device. Experimental results proved our solution that could function well. This is enabled by couple the GaN diodes to a microwave resonator, as a result, the input impedance of the diodes effectively detunes the resonator from its eigenmode frequency and its original loaded quality factor. In this way, some information of the diodes can be extracted from the loaded quality factor of the resonator as well as the frequency shift. To demonstrate the idea, a test circuit comprised of a single GaN diode chip with Cj0=250fF coupled to a 10 GHz microwave ring resonator is designed and simulated.
