However, traditional cross-correlation imaging condition brings low-wavenumber artifact (LWA). In this paper, we present a wave-field decomposition method to reduce these high-amplitude noises and achieve better imaging results.The main procedures include decompose source and receiver wave fields into up-going and down-going wave components, then a cross-correlation imaging condition are adopted to image the wave fields respectively. To operate the three bands above, the antenna is grooved with three symmetrical L-shaped slots and one slot of rectangular ring. The CPW structure is used to reduce thickness. The overall dimension, 25 mm × 26 mm × 1.5 mm, is obtained. The algorithm obtains lower side-lobe level by changing the position of the array elements with uniform spacing. Bat algorithm is compared with the genetic algorithm, and the simulation results are shown below. The bat algorithm converges faster and more easily to obtain an optimal solution. Combined with the theory of atmospheric radiation transfer, select the solar zenith angle, surface reflectance as parameters, simulate the solar spectrum radiance value in visible band, and sensitivity analysis is performed. On this basis, according to the research goal, compare the simulation of SCIATRAN3.8 and MODTRAN4.0. In the meantime, focusing system uses periodic permanent magnet (PPM) to reduce the weight and volume of the vacuum electron device. The results show that the passing rate of electron beam is high and its ripple is low. The filtering antenna consists of λ/4 resonator and a rectangular patch. The λ/4 resonator is fed by microstrip feed line with short-circuited via. The rectangular patch is used as the radiator of filtering antenna and is fed by the λ/4 resonator through an H shaped aperture in the ground. By introducing a new coupling path between feed line and rectangular patch, two radiation nulls appear at the both sides of the bandpass of gain, which effectively improve the selectivity of the filtering antenna. In this method, a portion of light from a laser diode is reflected by an external target and then returns back to the laser cavity, laser feedback interference occurs. Depending on various vibration frequencies, fringe counting method or minimum point method is introduced into the interference signal analysis of LFI to determine the sensitivity of accelerometers. Theoretical analysis and experimental results are given. Sui, Xiumin Gao","doi":"10.1109/CSQRWC.2019.8799348","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CSQRWC.2019.8799348","url":null,"abstract":"In order to utilize the thermal energy released during the working of high-power light emitting diode (LED), a method combining thermoelectric cooling with energy harvesting is proposed for comprehensively managing the heat energy. In this work, the thermoelectric generator (TEG) as an energy conversion device absorbs heat released by LED, and the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) is used to create a relatively low-temperature environment at the bottom side of TEG. Based on this method, the harvested thermal with induced thermal gradient will be converted into electrical energy. Experimental results demonstrate that the surface temperature of LED can be effectively reduced to 44.5 °C under room temperature of 25 °C with temperature difference of 15.5 K on two sides of TEG.
