In this model, applicable to digital cellular systems, the fade level is constant over intervals of K symbols. The exponential behavior of the average message error probability, as well as outage probabilities, are investigated. The Characterization process included an in-depth power spectral measurement of the radiation. A theoretical model of the radiation characteristics i s then proposed.
