It invites various consequences for our lives, industry, and high-level training. This article endeavors to dissect the provokes it gets to high-level training in Indonesia. By utilizing and breaking down the positioning of Indonesian advanced education foundations (HEIs) and corresponding with several understudies, we presume that there are six essential or even progressive changes that Indonesian HEIs should embrace to endure the difficulties of the Fourth Modern Upset. These are unrests in mentalities, general and scholarly interests, educating and learning, educational programs, proficient turn of events, and advanced education administration. This study is designed using a quantitative approach, with causality and inferential approach. The population used in this study were 88 basic industries and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the samples were 17 companies determined using purposive sampling. The technique used is a documentation in the form of the annual financial reports from basic Industries and chemical companies published through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancial.com. This study uses Path Analysis measured using the STATA software. This study provides significant information that is taken into consideration in determining and deciding on making investments. Potential investors are also likely to look at the value of the current ratio and whether the company can cover its obligations, as seen from the comparison between total current assets and current liabilities. Objective: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the use of energy sources and CO2 emissions on economic growth in different regime in Indonesia. Data and Method: The data used are annual time series data published by World Development Indicators (WDI) database during the year 2004-2019.The data analysis method used is the ARDL regression approach model. Result: The results of the study found that CO2 gas emissions in the short and long term do not affect economic growth. The use of imported energy and energy use has a negative effect on economic growth in the short term. Meanwhile, in the long term, it has a positive effect on economic growth. Furthermore, this study found that renewable electricity output has a positive effect on economic growth in both the short and long term and renewable energy cons has no effect on economic growth in the short and long term. Pegadaian branch of Tebing Tinggi City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research are customers at PT. Pegadaian branch of Tebing Tinggi totaling about 1000 people. The research sample amounted to 100 people with the sampling technique using incidental sampling. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that prior experience and social differentiation partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. In conclusion, this study indicated that prior experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The social differentiation has a significant effect on customer loyalty and prior experience and social differentiation simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Performance and employee satisfaction are closely related, whereas high employee satisfaction typically leading to improve employee performance and a sense of engagement to the organization. This research aims to study and analyze the influence of employee satisfaction in employee engagement towards employee performance. Using certain criteria, 110 employees of PT. IDS Medical Systems Indonesia were selected as the sample. The technique used to collect data from the respondents is questionnaires. Further, analysis model used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the basis of theory and concept with Smart-PLS software. Restaurant tax is one sector that has great potential in contributing to regional income in Batu Bara regency, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Thus, this study identifies the contribution and effectiveness of restaurant tax revenues to local revenue (PAD) in Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study is designed using descriptive statistics considering the regional tax and retribution management agency of Batu Bara regency. The results of this study indicated that the restaurant tax target realization in Batu Bara Regency in 2017 was 105.51 percent, in 2018 was 92.34 percent, in 2019 was 109.22 percent and in 2020 was 95.42 percent and the contribution of tax revenue to PAD each year fluctuated equally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on performance, to determine the effect of the business environment on performance, to determine the effect of management ability on performance and to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, business environment and management ability on performance. The sample used in this study was 30 small-scale cafes using the census method. Based on the results of research with multiple regression analysis results from the t test that the influence of entrepreneurial orientation influences performance, the business environment affects performance, management ability affects performance. Telkom Indonesia Witel area, Samarinda. Also, the needs of its consumers by using the ServQual and Importance Performance Analysis methods. This study provides recommendations and suggestions that need to be given to PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Area, Samarinda. on the services provided to improve the weaknesses that have been identified by using the ServQual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The population of this study is the consumers. The sampling method used in this research is purposive. The number of samples in this study was 105 respondents. The analytical tools in this study use data quality tests, gap analysis and Importance Performance Analysis methods. The results showed that the validity and reliability testing showed that the statement items for the variables of importance and performance of service quality were valid and reliable. For Cronbach Alpha it is declared reliable, Quadrant I: 4 indicators are included in quadrant I, Quadrant II: there are 12 indicators in quadrant II, Quadrant III: there are 3 indicators in quadrant III, Quadrant IV: there are 2 indicators in quadrant IV. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of customer relationship marketing on customer loyalty. This study is designed using a quantitative approach through survey questionnaire. A total of 100 CIMB bank customers participated in this study. The sample of this study is CIMB bank customer follower in CIMB_Niaga's Instagram account as much as 266,000. The collected data analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. In addition, the data collection techniques used in this study are through literacy studies as well as data on the bank's annual performance report. The result indicated that financial benefits, social benefits and structural benefits have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. In conclusion, this study identified that the customers consider to always be loyal and customers have a benefit to always be in touch with Cimb Niaga Bank. Financial benefits are the existence of rewards in the form of prizes in the form of prizes in the form of prizes in the draw to customers or souvenirs given to customers. Social benefits are maintaining good relations with customers, able to solve well the problems faced by customers quickly. Structural benefits where the bank can guarantee customer funds so that Bank CIMB Niaga can improve performance because it can provide relationship benefits to customers. Of the three benefits that most dominantly affect customer loyalty is the social benefits. This study provides advice or assistance for CIMB Niaga Bank to increase the customer loyalty. The sample used in this study was the entire population, namely PT. KIE has a total of 68 respondents, the data collection method is in the form of distributing questionnaires and will then be processed using the Smart-PLS statistical tool version 3.0. The result of this study is that employee engagement variables have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance, and organizational support variables have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction variables but do not have an influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction influences employee performance variables.
