Soil conditions with low bearing capacity are often found in clay soil types. There are several ways to increase the CBR value of clay, one of which is by adding palm bunch ash. In this research, an analysis of changes in the CBR value of clay with addition of 5%, 7.5%, and 10% palm oil bunch ash. The face problem was embankment placed in riverbank on natural soil. It is potentially occur shear failure on embankment. Aim the study was design sheet pile to own bearing capacity in order to able withhold mainly lateral force. The source data from soil investigation report was SPT and analysis method based on soil properties, load design, lateral earth pressure, moment force. The result based on soil investigation obtained that almost 20 meters depth was soil to overly soft density. Depth of sheet pile was not reached rock soil because it mainly withhold lateral earth pressure. The amount of private vehicles usage is not comparable to the amount of public transportation available. Therefore, the aim of this study wants to plan a new public transportation in the city center by connecting the surrounding areas. Public transportation planning is carried out by calculating the amount of demand for public transportation, then the results of the demand calculation are used as a reference for determining the route system. Before calculating the demand and determining the route system, the first step is collecting primary and secondary data, then analyze a demand in the form of trip generation, distribution of trip and mode selection. Namun hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan rendahnya workability beton yang akan mempengaruhi kuat tekan beton. Penambahan bahan tambah terutama superplaticizer dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah workability tersebut. Salah satu contoh bahan tambah yang digunakan adalah MasterGlenium ACE 8595. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan MasterGlenium ACE 8595 pada kuat tekan beton dan mengetahui persentase MasterGlenium ACE 8595 dalam campuran beton yang menghasilkan kekuatan beton optimum. Persentase penggunaan MasterGlenium ACE 8595 yaitu 0%; 0,3 %; 0,6 %; 0,9 %; 1,2 %; 1,5 %; 1,8 % dan 2,1% dari berat semen dengan slump flow Self Compacted Concrete (SCC) rencana 60 cm – 75 cm. Adapun benda uji yang digunakan adalah silinder dengan diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm serta berjumlah tiga sampel pada setiap variasinya yang diuji pada umur beton 28 hari. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah setiap penambahan dosis akan meningkatkan workability beton dan perlu dilakukan pengurangan air untuk mencegah terjadinya segregasi pada beton SCC tersebut. Kuat tekan beton optimum yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 52,81 MPa pada variasi MasterGlenium ACE 8695 0,6% dengan pengurangan air sebesar 27,12%. Beton porous diaplikasikan pada bidang datar. Pengaruh pengurangan air 0 %, 5 % dan 10 % dari Faktor Air Semen (FAS) 0,31 pada beton porous dengan bahan tambah superplastisizer sikament LN dosis 0,6 % dari berat semen. Agregat kasar yang digunakan berupa batu pecah (split) 10 - 20 mm. Pembuatan benda uji menggunakan silinder dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm untuk pengujian kuat tekan. Pengujian porositas menggunakan sampel balok ukuran alas 10 cm x 10 cm, tinggi 15 cm. Sebelum pengujian dilakukan perawatan 14 hari dan 28 hari didalam air. Peningkatan kuat tekan optimum terjadi pada variasi pengurangan FAS 5 % dengan kuat tekan 12,64 MPa. Penggunaan helm akan mengurangi tingkat kefatalan akibat kecelakaan dalam berkendara, karena fungsi helm melindungi kepala dari benturan saat terjadinya kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peluang pengendara sepeda motor dalam penggunaan helm di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan (survei) langsung dan melakukan wawancara kuesioner kepada sampel pengguna sepeda motor di ruas Jalan Nasional di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi (Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Jalan Diponegoro, Jalan Tuanku Tambusai dan Jalan Proklamasi). Dari hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh peluang penggunaan helm di Kabupaten Kuantan Singing. Berdasarkan karakteristik dan peluang pengendara sepeda motor dari 14 variabel didapatkan yang memiliki hubungan dengan penggunaan helm terdiri dari 7 variabel. Variabel-variabel tersebut adalah: usia (umur), pendidikan, jumlah penumpang, gambaran kepatuhan, menggunakan helm, tali pengikat helm serta cedera kepala. The development of air freight movements at the airport indicates that passenger terminal facilities that have an existing area of 34,000 m2 with a capacity of 3.4 million per year can no longer accommodate the existing passenger volume. This can be seen from the increase in the total number of passengers each year which exceeds capacity to reach 5.1 million passengers in 2018. The study aims to evaluate and analyze projected passenger terminal needs plans for 2022-2037. The development plan is carried out by forming a double linear regression equation between passenger volumes used asdepent variableswhile population numbers (Pdd) and Percapita PDRB on the Basis of Constant Price in 2010 (Pkt) of South Sumatra Province asindependent variables ) with the help of SPSS program version 25.00 and Microsoft Excel. Thus, the number of residents (Pdd) has a greater effect on the growth of domestic passengers. Based on KM Number 10 of 2010 on the Master Plan of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport, there needs to be a development of this airport in the future. Maxim beroperasi di Indonesia pada tahun 2018, yang tersebar di 20 kota besar di Indonesia, salah satunya kota Pekanbaru. Perkembangan Maxim sebagai jasa layanan ojek online di Pekanbaru begitu pesat, dan menampung banyak tenaga kerja sebagai pengemudi, sehingga hal ini perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dari pengemudi ojek online Maxim di Pekanbaru, yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan oleh masyarakat yang ingin bergabung sebagai pengemudi Maxim. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu BEP untuk mengetahui titik pulang pokok, PBP menentukan lamanya waktu pengembalian dana investasi usaha, dan IRR, NPV, BCR digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji kelayakan tersebut untuk skenario 1 (pekerjaan utama) adalah IRR 31,6%, 31,6%, 32%, 31,5%, 30,5%, 33%, 31,4%. NPV bernilai pasif yaitu: 106.903.061,56; 112.895.000; 127.523.586,82; 4.613.363,55; 133.254.478,06; 108.709.900,70 dan 65.731.692,71. Nilai BCR 2,175; 2,236; 2,042; 2,062; 1,877; 2,784, 2,048 nilai BCR yang diperoleh lebih besar dari 1. Untuk Skenario 2 (pekerjaan sampingan) hasil yang diperoleh adalah adalah IRR 28,3%, 25,2%, 26,2%, 28,9%, 23%, 22,9%, 30,7%. NPV bernilai yaitu: 23.238.608,35; 18.844.374,24; 20.758,72; 30.400.469,46; -38.351.416,72; -39.886.193,93; dan 34.982.447,78. The research location is in the Selatpanjang City area, precisely in the Tebing Tinggi District and part of the Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research site is surrounded by the sea and rivers. Many people in the research location live in coastal areas. In coastal areas or near bodies of water, tidal water can enter up to the ground level and even onto roads. This situation makes people think that their groundwater is polluted due to tidal water entering the mainland. This research can provide information to the government and the community at the research site regarding the distribution of groundwater salinity that has occurred. The data analysis used is the interpolation method by creating a mapping using the ArcGIS application. Data analysis can be done after getting the data from the salinity measurement in the field. The water quality test parameters reviewed in this study were the salinity value of shallow wells water measured with a refractometer and marked the coordinates of the sample using the Avenza Maps application. In this study, 57 shallow wells were taken randomly. Pada konstruksi dinding memiliki inovasi baru seperti bata ringan sebagai pengganti bata merah konvensional. Bata ringan dibuat dengan menyertakan gelembung udara pada campuran mortar, sehingga berat bata menjadi lebih ringan. Salah satu bahan penyusun utama bata ringan adalah semen yang menjadi faktor kekuatan bata ringan. Sifat dari semen yang tidak terbarukan menjadikan harga semen semakin mahal dari waktu ke waktu, sehingga muncul inovasi menggunakan bahan lain yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti sebagian semen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengindentifikasi komposisi optimal bata ringan cellular lightweight concrete, dengan mengganti jumlah semen dalam campuran bata ringan menggunakan kalsium karbonat berdasarkan kuat tekan sampel trial dan flow table. Benda uji berupa sampel trial berbentuk kubus dibuat memiliki ukuran setiap sisi 10 cm dengan 5 variasi substitusi kapur mentah kalsium karbonat 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dari jumlah semen, setiap variasi memiliki 12 sampel. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian flow table untuk mengukur workability pada campuran adonan sampel trial dan melakukan pengujian kuat tekan pada umur 3 hari, 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil pengujian flow table pada campuran sampel trial memiliki nilai flow untuk variasi 0% sebesar 106,98%, variasi 5% sebesar 102,98%, variasi 10% sebesar 97,03%, variasi 15% sebesar 93,98%, dan variasi 20% sebesar 96,08%. Hasil nilai kuat tekan sampel trial pada umur 28 hari untuk variasi 0% sebesar 0,740 MPa, variasi 5% sebesar 0,783 MPa, variasi 10% sebesar 0,907 MPa, variasi 15% sebesar 1,423 MPa, dan variasi 20% sebesar 0,913 MPa. Benda uji bata ringan dengan ukuran sebenarnya dibuat berdasarkan kuat tekan optimum dari pengujian sampel trial, dengan ukuran panjang 60 cm, lebar 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm sebanyak 8 sampel. Hasil nilai kuat tekan bata ringan pada umur 28 hari dengan variasi 15% kalsium karbonat sebesar 1,317 MPa.
