Participants of this project are ten 6th graders in a public secondary school selected with a random sampling method. At the beginning of the project, researchers asked to the learners about social media considerations, what social media tools were and how often they used social media. In the process of the study, participants used the Louisiana Channel and Art21 channels on YouTube to watch artist Julie Mehretu’s videos about her workshops and actual works performances. Following this implementation, researchers interviewed the learners about the course. As a result of this project, it is assumed that learners will have more active participation in the course by using social media and learners would have more positive views on using social media tools in visual arts courses. In addition, it was concluded that getting to know contemporary artists and looking at their works in detail contributed to children's artistic perspectives. It is an instrumental method created in Finland by the Hungarian-born violin pedagogue, Professor Geza Szilvay (b. 1943). The method is a child-centered violin approach that aims to educate the child as a whole with their cognitive, affective and psychomotor behaviors and to develop their critical thinking skills and creativity. This study was aimed at describing the Colourstring Method, which has aroused international attention, has become widespread in the world and has been adapted to other string instruments. To this end, the basic principles of Geza Szilvay and the Colourstring method were examined. The study was carried out with qualitative research method, and literature review was done by using multiple data collection means, such as observations, interviews, audio-visual materials, documents and reports. The existing literature on violin education methods provides no studies on the Colourstrings Method. Therefore, the present study is deemed important for enriching the literature and guiding future researchers regarding this particular issue. It is expected that increased knowledge of music educators and prospective music teachers about this method and researchers’ new insight into the method will contribute to the field and future studies will be beneficial. Artists, who adopt and defend this mode of production, have reinterpreted and circulated existing or previously produced works/images/forms, contrary to the new production approach. At the same time, these artists, who consciously use the symbolic importance of the works they appropriate, while creating the cultural framework of their own production, seek a construction of meaning based on concepts such as reference, citation, irony, parody and incongruity, as well as a structure that tries to draw attention to the richness of meaning in contemporary art. have been placed on their agenda. This concept, which has developed an attitude against the notion of \"originality\" of modernism, has developed new arguments on the concepts of gender and racial discrimination, social language and discourse, identity, culture and representation, especially after the 1980s, examining the social codes that took shape through certain power relations. It has been shaped even more by the production practices of the artists. The works of Turkish Music researchers and composers are very important in this context. İsmail Baha Sürelsan, in terms of the period he lived in is important in the concext of history of Turkish Music with his musical writings and composer identity. Although Sürelsan, who has a versatile personality such as composer identity, educator identity and author identity, has articles in different sources, but his articles in Musiki Mecmuası, which he wrote between 1953-1968, were included in this research. In his writings, it is seen that he mainly deals with Turkish Music composers, Turkish Music concert interpretations, the situation, development and change of Turkish Music belonging to the period, he lived in, as well as instruments such as Kanun, Ud, Çenk and Rebab. Purpose of the study is to reveal the contribution of İsmail Baha Sürelsan, who has an important place in Turkish Music History, to Turkish Music with his identity as a writer as well as performing music. In this research, it is aimed to examine the composes of Erol Sayan in terms of prosody. For this purpose, Erol Sayan's works selected in different forms and maqams were examined with the Prosody Analysis Technique (PIT) presented in the study. The research is in the descriptive scanning model and the data were collected by the source scanning method. As a result of the literature review, 210 works of the composer were reached, and the research was limited to 5 verbal works in different forms and maqams. A new examination technique was needed because prosody examinations are laborious and take time in terms of time, therefore, a new examination technique, “Prozodi İnceleme Tekniği” (PIT), was presented in order to facilitate prosody examinations of verbal works. According to the results of the research; It has been determined that the works of the composer are suitable for prosody according to the prosody analysis technique. In future research, it is suggested that musical examinations of other composers' works should be done with the same method. The basis of the study is to unearth the thoughts of the performers about the sexual harassment exposures and to capture when, where and by whom the unwanted situations such as sexual harassment are experienced. The phenomenology design of qualitative research method is at the center of this study since 'sexual harassment and sexist attitude' is a phenomenon which is literally experienced. Document review and in-depth interviews were employed as data collection methods. Four researchers conducted 27 interviews, capturing more than 26 hours long recording that transcripted into 637 pages of data. After analyzing the data, it was found that the performers expressed their opinions in four different categories on sexual harassment behaviors in the theatre world. The first group stated that they did not encounter such experience; the second group generalized the issue and emphasized that the sexual harassment can happen anywhere; the third group openly stated that they have been exposed to sexual harassment themselves; the fourth group stated that in comparison to other sectors they think that the situation in the theater world is better. In addition, the performers emphasized on intricate relationships caused by hierarchy, informal networking and competitiveness prepared environements for harassment.
