Acorns of Quercus robur collected in populations of the Shilovo, Krasnolesnyy, BSSC «Maklok», Shipov forest. The indicators of acorn were weight, in g., acorn length and width, in cm. The widest limits of variation in weight, length, and diameter are observed in acorns from the experimental territory «Shipov forest»: from 0.55 to 10.43 g, from 1.52 to 4.7 cm, and from 0.86 to 2.31 cm, respectively. The smallest differences between the maximum and minimum weight (from 1.53 to 5.48 g) and the diameter (from 1.1 to 1.69 cm) are observed in the experimental territory «Krasnolesny», and the minimum variation in length was observed in acorns from the experimental territory of «Shilovo» from 2.29 to 3.36 cm.","PeriodicalId":252041,"journal":{"name":"Materials of the All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Conference \"Modern problems of the ecology of the animal and plant world\"","volume":"161 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125901755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relative limitations of floristic composition in parks and squares indicate the need for enrichment by representatives of the Rosaceae Juss family. The task of the study was to select species that are more decorative and adaptable to the extreme conditions of the modern environment. It is possible to increase species diversity in various ways, including through landscaping. For this, various techniques and combinations of forms and paints of vegetation are used, since the enrichment and renewal of the assortment of decorative rocks is very important. Shrub-tree species of the Rosaceae Juss family. are the most promising breeds in Voronezh and the Voronezh region as a whole.","PeriodicalId":252041,"journal":{"name":"Materials of the All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Conference \"Modern problems of the ecology of the animal and plant world\"","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129340116","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the main reasons for extinction is the destructive anthropogenic impact. According to the latest data, it became known that the Karelian birch was included in the Red Book of the Republic of Karelia as an endangered and diminishing species. The in vitro clonal micropropagation technology can help to quickly restore the population of Karelian birch. And also the technology under consideration will help to massively produce seedlings and seedlings of Karelian birch for both decorative and silvicultural purposes.","PeriodicalId":252041,"journal":{"name":"Materials of the All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Conference \"Modern problems of the ecology of the animal and plant world\"","volume":"133 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124139855","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
