Therefore, it is necessary to have entrepreneurial skills that are able to open up business and business opportunities for yourself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and teacher entrepreneurship competence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at SMK Nusantara Lubukpakam. The population is 62 students of class XII accounting and institutional finance expertise programs and office governance automation. And all are taken as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the classical assumption test, there is no classical assumption problem in the regression model. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge and teacher entrepreneurship competence partially affect entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the F test show that the two independent variables together have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 43 employees of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office, while the sample in this study was the 43 employees of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. Processing data in this study using the software program SPSS version 22. The data analysis technique used is to review the role of internal control over sales, accounts receivable and cash receipts at PT. Alfa Scorpii, by collecting data and then studying and reviewing data based on interviews and documentation, in order to obtain results from the role of internal control over sales, receivables and cash receipts at PT. Alfa Scorpii. From the overall research results indicate that the role of internal control over sales at PT. Alfa Scorpii has been running well because there is a separation of duties and authority between employees so as to minimize errors and fraud that might occur in the company. The role of internal control over receivables at PT. Alfa Scorpii has separated the parts according to their respective fields, so there is no confusion when carrying out the tasks assigned by superiors and the company becomes safe because it can reduce fraud that can be caused by these employees. Internal control over cash receipts at PT Alfa Scorpii has not been carried out according to procedures because employees at the inputting cash receipts section sometimes often cover deposits from other people due to delaying the recording of cash so as to steal money. The advice given from the research results is internal control at PT. One way to measure the effectiveness of a company's organizational culture is to use the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). This study aims to analyze the dominant type of organizational culture and to evaluate the type of organizational culture expected by the employees of PT Bank Sumut Conventional Sub-Branch Office Medan. Sampling in this study using the Nonprobability sampling method with the Accidental Sampling technique , the number of samples that will be used as respondents in this study is 144 people. The results of this study show that the current dominant cultural profile is a culture that focuses on emphasizing innovation, creativity, and the discovery of something new, namely the Adhocracy culture and for the cultural profile that is expected to be dominant in the future is a culture that focuses on human resource development, loyalty and function of the company as a family, namely the Clan culture. Therefore, government organizations must have reliable and productive human resources by trying to improve the performance of employees. Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by employees or groups of employees in an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Good performance is influenced by two things, namely management information systems and good public services. This Research Aims To Know The Influence Of Management Information System And Public Service To The Performance Of The Employee Revenue Receipt At The One-Stop Manunggal Administration System Office (Samsat) Aek Kanopan. This research approach uses an associative approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire which was distributed to all employees receiving income at the SAMSAT Aek Kanopan office which is located at Jl. Class of 66 Aek Kanopan, Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. And the research sample was 36 employees. The research sample and Data Analysis Techniques in this study are the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. In Data Analysis Techniques include multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, test the coefficient of determination (R2). In this paper, it is about the use of biological natural resources as a tourist attraction and the level of welfare of the community around the Pematang Johar tourist site. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the physical carrying capacity and potential of rice field tourism in supporting tourism activities and find out whether the construction of rice field tourism facilities is able to provide welfare for the community around tourist sites. This study uses a type of field research (Field Research) with a research nature this is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the physical carrying capacity and potential of rice field tourism in supporting tourism activities are human resources who play an important role in managing tourist villages, adequate facilities and infrastructure such as worship facilities and public toilets as well as infrastructure to the location is also quite good with good road access. The results showed that the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the agricultural extension workers in North Labuhanbatu Regency based on the indicators were as follows: First, there was a positive and significant influence between supervision on the performance of the extension workers, which means that if the supervision improves, the performance of the instructor will automatically increase as well. Second, there is a positive and significant effect between the facilities on the performance of the instructor, which means that if the facility increases, the performance of the instructor will improve. Third, motivation does not moderate the effect of supervision on the performance of the instructor. Fourth, motivation does not moderate the influence of facilities on the performance of the instructor. Directly motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the instructor.
