The surface has been modified in such a way that microfins have been produced. The application of such a structure leads to highly increased heat fluxes in relation to the smooth surface as has been presented and discussed in the paper. The experiments including distilled water and ethyl alcohol on the horizontal copper samples of 3 cm diameter have been considered. The heat flux value of microfinned surface was even nine times higher than the heat flux dissipated from the smooth surface without any coating. Hys","doi":"10.2478/cqpi-2019-0022","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2478/cqpi-2019-0022","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract The purpose of the paper is to analyse and demonstrate the trends in the scope of data concerning the number of ISO 9001 certificates incorporated in companies around the world with consideration of market division into 39 sectors. The study utilised the desk research method for analysing the available sources of data for the studied problem, especially covering their compilation, mutual verification, processing and reasoning. Then, multi-dimensional comparative analyses were conducted for the obtained results within a time framework of 1998-2017. As result of the conducted analyses, leading sectors in particular countries in terms of the number of incorporated ISO 9001 series standards were established. This enabled identifying the tendencies and determining the further directions of change. The subject of analyzes is the safety element for motor vehicles and meeting the quality requirements. The quality requirements that the manufacturer must meet are based on customer guidelines (automotive concern) for components manufactured for first assembly. The presented analyzes relate to the identification of production discrepancies and the results of statistical analyzes for the cutting process and component control for one type of cable. This work contains basic issues in the field of production management for elements intended for the automotive market, detailing the basic applicable rules and standards in this field. It also contains the results of the analysis and evaluation of the production process of the company operating on this market. On the one hand, we do everything to protect them against disclosure, and on the other hand, we need a new employee to provide data and information to be able to do their job. Managing access to data in the enterprise significantly affects the level of security in all areas of activity. The article presents the results of research in the field of security of policy objectives in a selected production company. The purpose of preliminary research is to analyze selected issues in the field of data access, control methods and employee responsibility. The article discusses the results of research on the access to information by employees. Lack of access to the data paralyzes their work, but their excess causes information chaos and makes it difficult to make a decision. The characteristics of the youngest employees revealing their specific attitude towards work and expectations toward employers as well as lack of competences show particular importance of the issue of quality of work in relation to this generation. Nowadays, focusing employees on the quality of work does not mean only precise implementation of strictly defined tasks, because this type of performed work can be ensured by the increasingly widespread automation and robotization of workplaces. Taking up the issues of challenges which for the contemporary human resource management is the quality of working conditions, in relation to the representatives of the Z-generation (Gen Z), paper presents the results of researches and reports illustrating the specificity of these young employees on the labor market.
