The population of the study is 4,714 Faculty of Education students. A sample size of 256 was chosen for this study. A questionnaire was the instrument used to collect data from the respondents. Descriptive statistics (frequency) and the statistical mean were used to analyze the data.\u0000Findings: The study found that the types of library resources used by undergraduates are the internet, databases, computer software, e-books, and books. The extent to which they use library resources is low. The types of library use instruction taught to the students are library orientation and electronic databases. The data technique used is Interactive Analysis (Interactive Model of Analysis), namely by describing and describing information from each component part that is assessed.\u0000Findings: The results of the study show that the implementation of the training for prospective school library principals has been effective. It is shown in the results that the training participants for prospective school librarian can improve the skills of library managers in managing school libraries, improve library management standards, and apply library automation technology that can be said to be effective.\u0000Conclusion: The implementation of the Library Head Training and Education in this study has been quite effective in producing more qualified and competent school librarian candidates who can be appointed as school librarian heads. However, this research still has some limitations due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Thus, there is an obstacle in the implementation of the training for prospective school library principals. The data analysis technique was carried out by observing the selection of informants, collecting data in the form of observations and interviews, followed by the process of analyzing qualitative data up to the interpretation of the data.\u0000Findings: The first result, in general, the training programs at UIN are similar, although there is no uniformity in the curriculum. The second result is that of all the pillars of the SCONUL Seven Pillars standard, the UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Library has provided all capabilities in the form of information literacy programs to users and the other three libraries have not met these standards.\u0000Conclusion: There is no uniformity in the information literacy curriculum at UIN libraries in the East Java region. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interview technique.\u0000Findings: Based on data sourced from interviews with deposit service librarians, namely the Library and Archives Service of Bengkulu Province, they have managed local content collection well in procurement, processing, and storage. This informal scientific communication activity is an activity that is not \"covered\" in the world of educational curricula and is more directed at increasing the scientific group by making scientific discussions. Until now, scientific discussion activities in tertiary institutions are still carried out massively by students, including students on the island of Lombok.\u0000Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the level of WhatsApp users for scientific communication and the effect of user motives on the level WhatsApp used for scientific communication.\u0000Method: Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, it was conducted for seventy-five (75) library students who were actively using WhatsApp for scientific communication.\u0000Findings: The majority of respondents indicated that WhatsApp has a high usage rate for scientific communication purposes. The results showed that information motives and social interaction motives have a significant effect on the level of WhatsApp used for scholarly communication, while personal identity motives have no effect.\u0000Conclusion: The conclusion is that students have not maximized the use of social media for scientific communication. Three of them are in the tourist area on the Kapuas riverbank. Communities living around libraries have vulnerability due to environmental, economic, and educational problems.\u0000Purpose: To analyze the readiness of the three libraries in building a knowledgeable Kapuas riverbank communities.\u0000Method: Descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviewing to 9 informants, and data documentation. Data analysis techniques consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions.\u0000Findings: Long Fiah and Benua Melayu Laut Libraries have not yet ready to optimize their role as centers of education and information for communities due to the absence of library staff to manage the library, the difficulties in adding the collections, and the lack of promotion to communities. As a result, communities’ knowledge has not changed significantly. On the other hand, Bahagia Mendawai library has showed its role as a mediator and facilitator for communities to increase their knowledge. Even some innovations to foster a literacy culture can be seen from the Siberliterasi, JeLi, and Literacy Corner programs.\u0000Conclusion: As a first step in building a knowledgeable society, it is necessary to start from creating a literacy culture with strategic programs and commitment from library staff such as the literacy innovation program carried out by Bahagia Mendawai library. It is conducted by collaborating, adapting, and involving the community in library activities. The impact will help the community solving the problems. Preservation is the most strategic activity, because the availability of records is closely related to the acquisition results that are maintained properly so that they can be processed and accessed for users. The implementation of archive preservation is not easy, there are several obstacles that cause the preservation to be less than optimal.\u0000Purpose: This study aims to provide knowledge about the preservation of digital archives as an effort to save important information and data in archives, it requires preservation or preserving archives in digital format. This paper describes the state of the library since its closure in March 2020. In addition, this paper provides details on how libraries adapt to online services.\u0000Method: This paper describes the various library services at Gadjah Mada University at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Biology and Faculties Agriculture during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection was carried out through interviews with 8 librarians and from web pages and social media from four libraries.\u0000Findings: Four faculty libraries at UGM have undergone online service transformation and implemented the COVID-19 health protocol. There are three informants selected through the purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on the following criteria: 1) has mandatory duties in archival activities and 2) positioned as an archivist. Research data obtained through interviews and documentation studies\u0000Findings: The university efforts in preserving Covid-19 handling archives are carrying out internal communication to preserve archives within the General, increasing archivists’ competencies and knowledge, and conducting from preparation to Covid-19 archives assessment. Related efforts in the organizational structure have not been made because this process takes a long time. The challenges arise from the lack of human resources in every unit of PTN X and the absence of an archival institution which makes it difficult to implement implementation in all units of university\u0000Conclusion: The university has made efforts to preserve the handling of Covid-19 within the smaller scope, the General Bureau. Accessibility aspects need to be studied in an effort to optimize archiving services so that archives can be widely used by the community.\u0000Purpose: This paper describes the process of archiving services and the accessibility aspects of archiving services carried out by Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sleman.\u0000Method: This research was a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The data then has been analyzed in the following stages: observing the data, developing general sense, coding, compiling a narrative framework for presenting the results of data interpretation, and interpreting the data using data triangulation techniques.\u0000Findings: The accessibility aspect of archiving services at the Sleman Regency Library and Archives Service is viewed from four indicators, namely policies, facilities and infrastructure, service personnel, and archive user satisfaction. In policy indicators, the agency has been guided by legal products that are applied to technical archiving services, both at local and national levels. In terms of facilities and infrastructure indicators, in general, the department has met the minimum standard of availability and condition of archival service facilities and infrastructure.\u0000Conclusion: There are limitations in this study, namely the limitations of the analysis of each indicator which does not describe in depth so that archival services in the office are declared affordable.
