Atherosclerosis is estimated by parameters like elasticity, stiffness, lumen diameter, distension and IMT which can be used as an indicator of cardiovascular disease. Experienced radiologists are required to measure these parameters from the ultrasound images for the correct diagnosis. If a system could be automated to measure these parameters and thereby diagnose the CVDs, no doubt that this would be a milestone in the efforts taken to prevent cardiovascular disease. With the use of machine learning techniques, the classification of CCA anomalies from longitudinal ultrasonography B-mode images is progressed in this research. Acquisition of CCA images is done by ultrasound machine. For the segmentation of the layers of CCA, thresholding and other edge detection methods are used in spatial domain. The open-source model and affordable access to Android platforms enable smartphone users with multiple free applications and on the other hand, the same platform can be misused by attackers to achieve their goals. Android Ransomware attack is one of the majorly used attacks in the android malware domain and can affect android users with huge information and financial losses. Smartphone users store their personal to professional all kind of information in their smartphones and data breaches from the same source can put them in harmful circumstances. This research article focuses on android ransomware network architecture for detailed analysis and forming a further roadmap for the detection of such attacks. With technological capabilities, the detection of ransomware attacks at an early stage can secure from at least some levels of losses. Threat intelligence can be created using artificial intelligence-based methods for android malware attacks, but that requires clear identification of attributes and features that are involved in a particular cyberattack. In this experimental study, we have worked on CIC-AndMal2017 dataset that is being created by generating android malware attacks on real smartphones. We targeted the android ransomware attacks from this dataset and performed detailed exploratory data analysis to conclude the behaviour of different android ransomware attacks. On the contrary, catastrophic forgetting of the previous tasks is observed in typical artificial neural networks when we try to fine-tune a trained neural network to train on additional tasks. Recently, various methods have been developed to alleviate the forgetting in neural networks enabling incremental learning of new tasks. In this work we investigate for the first time, the task incremental learning of handwritten characters in EMNIST (Extended MNIST) dataset. In our experiments, we have obtained the incremental learning accuracy of more than 96% in task incremental scenario. We present experimental results on the high accuracy incremental learning on EMNIST dataset along with the confusion matrices obtained using custom VGG networks. Chatbots are usually created to address customer queries and are conversational. In this study, we discuss the potential societal advantages of chatbots and conversational user interfaces and how helpful this is to self-help groups. Chatbots can increase the availability, affordability, and accessibility of necessary services for this community. Customer Lifetime Value is a statistic that assists you in determining the amount of money that you are willing to spend in order to reach and acquire clients for your company. Utilizing techniques such as exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature selection, the primary goal of this body of work in the field of research is to find significant and deciding variables for claim submission and approval within the framework of a learning environment. In order to identify which model provides the best level of accuracy, a number of different machine-learning algorithms have been tried and tested. OFDM systems has various advantages whereas one of their main challenges is the high Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR), vulnerability to phase noise and frequency offset. In order to overcome various disadvantages, various phase sequences were proposed in the existing literature work. In this article, implementation of different matrices such as Greatest Common Divisor (GCD), Random, Riemann, Lehmer, and Hanowa are applied to Selective Mapping as phase sequences for the minimization of PAPR value. The number of carriers considered are 256 and 512 and modulation schemes considered are 16-QAM and 64-QAM respectively. CPS refers to the coordination and communication of physical processes and computing elements connecting the physical and digital worlds. With the increasing number of smart buildings, the researchers considered the automation control of various facilities in a smart building which are air conditioning, lighting, and surveillance systems for sustainability. With this, the researchers acquired and analyzed the STEER Hub building’s layout diagram as the basis of a smart building design. It was verified and evaluated by an ocular visit, and the total number of existing system devices for air conditioning, lighting, and surveillance was 313. Wireless access points connect these devices to the internet. The network architecture was designed and simulated in Cisco Packet Tracer. Meanwhile, the aforementioned systems were modeled and simulated in MATLAB® and Simulink®. A digital signal, signifying the On/Off condition, serves as the output of the air conditioning and lighting systems. Meanwhile, the surveillance system’s output is a waveform that compares the motion intensity to a threshold value. It requires an extensive study on approaches involved for modelling EV in long-term power system planning problems. This study explores the challenges and opportunities involved in long-term power system modelling with incorporation of EV as a load. Power system Planning involving transmission generation co-optimization with EV integration needs analysis of impact on energy and power demand of the system. It summarizes the various methods incorporated in the modelling of generation, transmission, as well as EV load and constraints involved in formulating power system planning models. The EV load profile correlates with the renewable generation profile hence it becomes necessary to consider co-optimization of transmission and generation expansion plans for suitable transmission network reinforcement as well generation mix required for serving load reliably in future years.
