If a robot could replace manual window washing labor, accidents would be prevented and window washing costs would decrease. After rain, a certain amount of water remains on windows; consequently, if a robot existed that could automatically wash windows directly after rain, window cleanliness would be maintained and unnecessary manual labor costs would be reduced. Our window washing device can detect whether it is raining. When rain starts, the raindrop sensor is triggered, and the system's screen displays that it is raining. When rain stops, the system begins to automatically wash windows, or users can start the window washing function manually. It also automatically washes windows when window glass becomes foggy and records time.","PeriodicalId":250360,"journal":{"name":"CSQRWC 2012","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123440234","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The MIMO antenna consists of two identical PIFA antennas on both ends of an FR4 substrate and operates a frequency band at 2.45 GHz. A T-shaped element that is extended from system ground and a neutral line located on back side of the substrate are used to increase isolation between the two PIFAs. The neutral line is connected with the PIFAs through two connected holes. The isolation mechanism will be discussed in this article. The MIMO antenna occupies an antenna portion of 15 mm × 15 mm and a system ground of 15 mm × 40 mm. The overall dimension of 15 mm × 55 mm can be easily applied in the dongle element.","PeriodicalId":250360,"journal":{"name":"CSQRWC 2012","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124938882","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The resonant frequency equations of DMDSLR are introduced for simply designing quad-band bandpass filter (BPF). Resonant frequencies can be controlled by tuning the perimeter ratio of the square loops. To obtain lower insertion loss, higher out-of-band rejection level and wider bandwidth of quad-band, the improved dual-mode perturbations are designed. The proposed filter is successfully simulated and measured showing frequency responses and current distributions. It can be applied to WLAN and WiMAX GHz systems.","PeriodicalId":250360,"journal":{"name":"CSQRWC 2012","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117292181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Impulsive interference not only distorts datum, but also degrades link reliability. To deal with such distortions, a peak-to-average ratio (PAPR) detection is adopted to search impulsive positions and the convolution with the estimated time-domain response is used to recovery the distorted preambles. Furthermore, most focusing methods mainly work on ideal antenna element whose radiation pattern is omnidirectional and identical. In this paper, a novel DOA finding method for wideband sources on real antenna array named PM-CSM which is free of SVD and EVD is introduced. It is based on the combination of propagator method (PM) and CSM. It does not need any initial preliminary estimates information. By using PM-CSM, directions of arrivals can be estimated accurately. Validity of this method is proved by simulation results.","PeriodicalId":250360,"journal":{"name":"CSQRWC 2012","volume":"131 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132487095","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
