The scientific publication presents the results of the study of the genesis of the theory of ecosystems, cyberphysical systems, digital ecosystems. The object of the study is the national cyberphysical ecosystem, which is considered as an integral part of the cyberphysical space. The relevance of the scientific problems of the theory and methodology of the formation of the national cyberphysical ecosystem is revealed. The subject of the study is the formation of new organizational and economic object-object, subject-object and subject-subject relations of multiple relations. The mechanism of managing the investment activity of the region and its structure are investigated, the levels of implementation of management actions and directions grouped into five functional modules are determined. The analysis of the tools and methods used in practice to regulate investment activity is carried out. On the basis of foreign experience, the features and advantages of public-private partnership as one of the tools for managing regional investment activity are investigated. Приводится эмпирическая типология стран мира по показателям в области научно-технической и инновационной деятельности. Отмечается, что Республика Беларусь, наряду со странами ЕАЭС (за исключением Российской Федерации), входит в группу государств с низким уровнем финансового обеспечения данной сферы. Дубовик","doi":"10.29235/1818-9857-2023-1-72-78","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29235/1818-9857-2023-1-72-78","url":null,"abstract":"В статье приводятся данные по результатам загрязнения придорожных территорий комплексом техногенных металлов и компонентами противогололедных реагентов.Отмечается, что солевое загрязнение помасштабам и интенсивности многократно превосходит загрязнение тяжелыми металлами и является одной из основных причин деградации растительности в опушечных зонах вдоль автомагистралей. Описаны последствия воздействия ионов натрия и хлора на экологическое состояние почвы и растений. В статье предлагается трансформация этой модели на основании «стратегии штанги» известного американского философа-публициста, автора теории «черных лебедей» Нассима Николаса Талеба, предполагающей применение двух разделенных крайностей.
