Identification norm in the digitalization of interstate supply chains context

Abstract

The results of a study of the concept of «identification» in the regulatory legal documents of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation as an important component of the digitalization of the interstate supply chain are presented. Disagreements in the interpretation of this term are revealed and an approach to avoid them is proposed.
