The expert system has been developed as a kind of assistance to an adman. The article represents the techniques of cost calculation for advertising campaign of industrial enterprise end calculation techniques of index numbers being used. This cost calculation algorithm of advertising campaign performed in expert system is based on the utilization of optimization task of integer number linier programming. Actual problems of operation of similar complexes are formulated. A main objective of article is consideration of problems of collection of information about a condition of objects and creations of algorithms of identification of incidents in such systems. The technique of modeling of objects is as a result developed and approach to formation of criteria of identification of incidents is offered. The influence of viscoelasticity of polytetrafluoroethylene-based nanocomposites on the contact parameters and stress-strained state of sealing element has been studied using finite element modelling. It is established that a relaxation of tension in a sealing element caused by nanocomposite viscoelasticity leads to decrease in values of criteria, to decrease in the principal stress and to increase in Von Mises stress. Rubber-cord cushions most typical use as shock absorbers, antivibration mounts, flexible couplings, flexible hoses and pipe work are presented. The existing technologies of form grinding of flexible fullerings allow to carry out their processing at various locating charts, such as fastening in the centers, in high-precision collet chuck attachments and in high-precision collet chuck attachments with stretching. The results of calculations which showed that the most rigid system the machine - the adaptation - the tool - the detail (MATD) is the location chart of the fullering in high-precision collet chuck attachments with stretching were received in this work. Experimental installation on the basis of the universal tool-grinding machine of the model 3A64 was developed for measurement of the size of the shift of fullering depending on the influence of radial force for confirmation of the obtained settlement data. The dynamometer, as the loading device, fixed to a column of the mechanism of vertical feed was used. The fullering was fixed in special collet chuck attachments. The calculation of the size of the deflection of the fullering depending on the loading is performed. Using numerical studies we explore two ways to adjusting the operating mode, i.e. switching the transformer taps and introducing additional inductive resistance in the stator circuit.
