The results of the developing integrated differential crystal voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) for the reference frequency sources are represented. The optimization of the circuit is carried out in terms of phase noise, by applying p-MOS transistors in the circuit. The problem of adjustment the integrated oscillator is considered. The paper presents the dynamics equations, which describe the processes occurring in the decomposition cell, the nozzle head and the throttle tap. A general differential equation of a one-component gas generator with the throttle is carried out.
