Abstract
The article describes the main disadvantages of the commonly used Pierce oscillator circuit. The results of the developing integrated differential crystal voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) for the reference frequency sources are represented. The optimization of the circuit is carried out in terms of phase noise, by applying p-MOS transistors in the circuit. The problem of adjustment the integrated oscillator is considered. Tuning of the VCO is performed by using circuits containing concatenated capacitance and the MOSFET.
