The major obstacle of full-duplex is the self-interference (SI). Some previous works have focused on the SI cancellation in radio frequency (RF), and generally on a narrowband signal model. We have implemented a full-duplex prototype with orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) technology on GNURadio and Universal Software Radio Peripherals (USRP). We focus on the baseband, namely the digital part of the SI cancellation. Our testbed can achieve a digital cancellation of 27dB. After the cancellation, the signal of interest can achieve a bit error rate (BER) in the scale of 10-5 at 4 meters, which is very close to the performance of half-duplex. The module shows a 3-dB output bandwidth from 73 to 85 GHz with a saturated output power of 10 dBm. This paper clarifies the minimum distance of the two independent wireless LAN (WLAN) systems for suppressing the mutual interference, where the WLAN system is one of CR systems. We use the two real-time spectrum analyzers for the simultaneous detection of the emitted signals from the two systems. As a result, we detect not only the packet access timing of two systems but also the length of packet. However, in BSC-MIMO, the harmful co-channel interference (CCI) from the non-cooperative BS is not avoidable. We have clarified that the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of transmitted signal is reduced, so boosting the transmitted signal power causes the large throughput performance. However, in multi-cell environment, the CCI from the other cell is also enlarged by it. Therefore, the PAPR should be controlled for maximizing throughput. The motivation for using transmission lines is to allow the filter to be used at significantly higher frequencies. Lumped element resonators can be replaced by open stubs with quarter and half wave lengths. To employ Kuroda identities, a new prototype is introduced by taking advantage of the even and odd mode symmetry of the lumped element filter. Utilizing a two-way direct shunt combining technique with an odd mode suppression resistor, the CMOS PA achieves a measured maximum saturation output power (Psat) of 23.1 dBm at 5.2 GHz. The measured output 1-dB compression point (OP1dB) is 18.6 dBm and peak power-added efficiency (PAE) is 19.8 % at 5.2 GHz.
