FFR is an interference management technique well suited to OFDMA based cellular network systems, such as Long Term Evolution system (LTE). This paper proposes a mechanism that selects the optimal value of inner cell region radius in strict FFR that maximize both throughput and User Satisfaction together using CS algorithm. The UAV was assigned to navigate autonomously along the path of the moving vehicle and track it. Miniaturization usually comes at a price of reduced bandwidth, in this paper; the bandwidth enhancement techniques for microstrip antenna is presented with a major emphasis on the recent trends of minimization techniques such MCM (Multi chip Module) technology. For microstrip antenna there is tradeoff between high permittivity which increase directivity due to decrease return loss; leads to small sizes and between low permittivity with increase height of substrate to enhance bandwidth, hence optimum design used to get equilibrium between two points. The small circles have equal radii that are found using a straightforward formula that is based on the well-known “circles packing in a circle” theory. This formula is a function of the substrate dielectric constant and the upper frequency in the operating frequency range (10.6 GHz). This formula is also used to find the radius of the large virtual circle where all the eight small circles are packed and which is a function of the lower frequency in the band (3.1 GHz). With its clear design procedure and physical interpretations, the new antenna presents a better candidate than typical circular patch UWB antennas. The simulated |Sn| results and radiation patterns throughout the UWB range are provided to demonstrate the very good antenna performance. It is based on the use of the colloid inductive permittivity probe, which is not affected by the electrode polarization, complemented by the traditional open-ended coaxial line measuring method. The method probes the interactions between the membranes of the cells and the applied electric fields in the RF and the Microwave frequency ranges. It allows the characterization of each type of cells with a specific relaxation process. The specific relaxation frequency is used as a fingerprint of the cell strain, while the relaxation amplitude is related to its concentration. By using appropriate and complementary de-convolution techniques, it is possible to identify reliably the elementary relaxation processes. Specifically, the frequency-dependent dielectric responses of Lactobacilli in DMEM are investigated in the [75 KHz–30 MHz] and in the [130 MHz–20 GHz] ranges. The method is tested against biological standard methods, and used successfully to predict concentration of Lactobacilli in adverse conditions. Moreover, because of the direct measurement over large concentration ranges, the concentration threshold of the bacteria aggregation can be precisely identified from the behavior of the amplitude of the specific medium-frequency relaxation process, characterized by a transition from a linear evolution to a second straight line with a different slope. A novel approach is developed based on a transmission line model to investigate the performance of the system and optimize excitation signals to achieve required energy focusing. Phase shift of excitation subcarriers corresponding to each of the system channels are estimated such that constructive interference of the electromagnetic energy is achieved at the tumor region and destructive interference is obtained at vital tissue locations. ShieldIt Super is used as a conductive textile and felt is used as a substrate of the antenna. The prototype is designed with a total dimension of 36 mm × 36 mm and spaced by a 3 mm thick felt fabric for Body-centric Wireless Communication (BCWC) operating in the 5.2 GHz Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) Hyper Local Area Network (LAN) band. A parametric study has been carried out in order to investigate the antenna basic characteristics, thereby enhancing the antenna performance. The proposed antenna is benchmarked against the without slot circularly polarized textile patch antenna. Many complications were faced because of the numerous characteristics of big data; some of them include complexity, value, variability, variety, velocity, and volume. The objective of this paper is to implement classification techniques using the map reduce framework using fuzzy and crisp methods, also to arrange for a study that can compare and contrast the outcomes of the suggested systems against the methods appraised in the documented works. For this research the applied method for the fuzzy technique is the fuzzy k-nearest neighbor, and for the non-fuzzy techniques both the support vector machine and the k-nearest neighbor are used. The use of the map reduce paradigm is applied to be able to process big data. We also implemented an integrated system using the Support Vector Machine with the fuzzy soft label and Gaussian fuzzy membership. Results show that fuzzy k-nearest neighbor classifier gives higher accuracy but it takes a lot of time in classification compared to the other techniques. They can exhibit a strong localization and enhancement of fields, which may provide a tool to significantly enhance the sensitivity and resolution of sensors. Slotted Ring Resonator (SRR) is one type of such metamaterial. In this paper we will present the design of a single port double SRR concentric rings. The concept of structure resonance will be applied to the design of the sensor to be used in bio-sensor application. The design is verified using High frequency simulation software HFSS, and different five different biological material samples are tested and placed in the SRR gab.
