The components of a construction project's success include cost, quality, and time. Planning and management of detailed scheduling of activities are necessary to complete a project to get the most optimal results within a predetermined time period. In the Shangrila Hotel Resort and Spa project, the remaining work is building finishing. The percentage of project completion was still at 3% in July 2019, so in this condition, rescheduling was carried out with the right approach to determine the project time. The Shangrila Hotel, Resort, and Spa project rescheduling use the PERT and FLASH methods. This method uses a probability percentage rather than uncertainty probability when analyzing project completion time. The rescheduling period is 272 days. The PERT method analysis based on activities on the critical path produces a probability percentage of 79.39%. Analysis of the FLASH method by considering all project activity relationships resulted in a probability percentage of 90%. In making a schedule, you can use modifications from other project management applications, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling). \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pada umumnya proyek konstruksi selalu menerapkan konsep manajemen proyek. Faktor keberhasilan suatu proyek kontruksi antara lain faktor biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Perencanaan dan manajemen penjadwalan terperinci tentang aktivitas kegiatan sangat diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan suatu proyek yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling optimal dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada proyek Shangrila Hotel Resort and Spa memiliki pekerjaan proyek yang tersisa adalah pekerjaan finishing gedung. Persentase penyelesaian proyek masih 3% pada bulan Juli 2019, maka dalam kondisi ini dilakukan penjadwalan ulang dengan pendekatan yang tepat untuk menentukan waktu proyek. Penjadwalan ulang pada proyek Shangrila Hotel Resort and Spa menggunakan metode PERT dan FLASH. Metode ini menggunakan persentase posibilitas daripada probabilitas ketidakpastian ketika menganalisis waktu penyelesaian proyek. Penjadwalan ulang yang direncanakan adalah 272 hari. Analisa metode PERT berdasarkan kegiatan pada lintasan kritisnya menghasilkan persentase probabilitas sebesar 79,39%. Analisa metode FLASH dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh hubungan kegiatan proyek menghasilkan persentase posibilitas sebesar 90%. The inability of the drainage channel which is unable to accommodate the upstream water flow causes flooding in the Kedunglarangan River. This happened due to heavy rains that inundated several areas, one of which was in Kalianyar Village. This study aims to determine the planning of flood control management in the area. The method used for flood management in this study will be carried out by analyzing the design flood discharge with a return period of 25 years and the channel capacity analysis using HEC_RAS. The analysis was used for planning the addition of the embankment height in each river segment to reduce flood discharge. The results in this study were obtained by adding the height of the embankment in segment 1 with a discharge (Q) of 254.404 m3/s, carried out by adding an addition to the height of the left embankment by 4 m and the right side of the embankment with a height of 3.5 m, Segment 2 with river water discharge 550,839 m3/s, the addition of the height of the embankment on the left and right sides is 6.5 m and 4 m, respectively and segment 3 with a river water discharge of 680,997 m3/s, is done by adding the height of the embankment on the left and right by 5m and 2.5m. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Kecamatan Bangil di Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur terdapat Kali Kedunglarangan dengan panjang 39,69 km dan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kedunglarangan seluas 324,01 km². Ketidak mampuan saluran drainase yang tidak mampu menampung aliran air hulu menyebabkan banjir di Kali Kedunglarangan. Hal tersebut terjadi dikarenakan hujan deras yang menggenangi beberapa wilayah salah satunya pada Desa Kalianyar. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan penanganan pengendalian banjir di daerah tersebut. Adapun metode yang dilakukan untuk penanganan banjir pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan analisis debit banjir rancangan dengan kala ulang 25 tahun dan analisis kapasitas saluran menggunakan HEC_RAS . Analisis dilakukan pada debit rancangan digunakan untuk perencanaan penambahan tinggi tanggul pada setiap segmen sungai untuk mengurangi debit banjir. In addition, improper handling of maintenance, both in terms of handling priorities and financing, is also the cause of road damage. Temperature, air, water, and rain as well as the poor initial quality of road products also greatly affect the road life causing it to be shorter or not according to the design life. Sriwijaya road is an urban road located in the road network of the Jember city area. Based on the results of the preliminary survey, there are significant differences in road surface conditions on these roads. This study aims to identify the type of damage and analyses the level of damage to the road surface on Sriwijaya road using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. Of the 20 segments that have been determined, the results of the study show that road damage occurs in segments 11-16 with moderate and bad levels of damage, and in segments 18 with serious damage levels. There are 7 types of road damage, including aggregate wear, crocodile cracking, block cracking, edge cracking, peeling, sinking, lumps, and sunken with high damage levels. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penyebab kerusakan jalan adalah beban kendaraan yang berlebihan, terjadi genangan air di permukaan jalan yang diakibatkan oleh sistem drainase yang kurang baik, dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan. Selain itu penanganan pemeliharaan yang kurang tepat baik dalam hal prioritas penanganan dan pembiayaan juga menjadi penyebab kerusakan jalan. Suhu, udara, air, dan hujan serta mutu awal produk jalan yang jelek juga sangat mempengaruhi sehingga menyebabkan umur jalan lebih pendek atau tidak sesuai umur rencana. Jalan Sriwijaya adalah jalan perkotaan yang berada di jaringan jalan kawasan kota Kabupaten Jember. Berdasarkan hasil survei pendahuluan, terjadi perbedaan kondisi permukaan jalan yang signifikan pada ruas jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan dan menganalisis tingkat kerusakan permukaan jalan pada ruas Jalan Sriwijaya menggunakan Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Dari 20 segmen yang telah ditentukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerusakan jalan terjadi pada segmen 11 – 16 dengan tingkat kerusakan sedang dan buruk, dan pada segmen 18 dengan tingkat kerusakan serius. Asphalt concrete is a combination of aggregate, and asphalt, with or without additives. Latex and coconut shell charcoal ash was chosen as additives because they are abundantly available and easy to obtain. This study used a latex percentage of 1%; 2%; and 3%, as well as filler from coconut shell charcoal of 1%; 1.5%, and 2%. The aim of the study was to obtain the effect of the substitution of latex (rubber sap) and filler from coconut shell charcoal on the performance characteristics of asphalt concrete (laston). Material testing methods and marshall testing are guided by Bina Marga 2018. To get the optimum asphalt content (KAO) it is tested with three variations of the percentage of asphalt content and is obtained at 5%. This value is then used for Marshall stability testing with additives. The test results show that the substitution of latex and coconut shell charcoal filler can increase the value of marshal stability and flexibility of the mixture at 3% latex and charcoal ash content. These results are in accordance with the characteristics of the lastton in the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Aspal beton merupakan gabungan gradasi agregat menerus dengan bahan pengikat aspal keras (DPUPR, 2014). Aspal beton merupakan gabungan  dari agregat, aspal, dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan. Lateks dan abu arang tempurung kelapa dipilih sebagai bahan aditif karena melimpah ketersediaan dan mudah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosentase  lateks sebesar 1%; 2%; dan 3%, serta filler dari arang tempurung kelapa sebesar 1%; 1,5%, dan 2%. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mendapatkan pengaruh substitusi lateks (getah karet) dan filler dari arang tempurung kelapa terhadap kinerja karakteristik aspal beton (laston). Metode pengujian material dan pengujian marshall berpedoman pada Bina Marga 2018. Untuk mendapatkan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) diujikan dengan tiga variasi prosentase kadar aspal dan di dapatkan sebesar 5%. Nilai ini selanjutnya digunakan pengujian stabilitas marshall dengan bahan aditif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi lateks dan filler arang tempurung kelapa dapat menambah nilai stabilitas marshal dan fleksibilitas campuran pada kadar lateks dan abu arang 3%. The upstream part of the Lamong River is in the Lamongan and Mojokerto Regencies, while the downstream part is located on the border of Surabaya and Gresik City, and empties into the Madura Strait. Lamong river has a length of ±103 km and a width of ±50 m with an area of +720km². During the rainy season, the Lamong river often floods. This flood is due to backwater and the channel cross-section is unable to accommodate the existing discharge. The purpose of this research is to find out the actions that will be taken to overcome the flood caused by the overflow of the Lamong river and need an alternative to overcoming the flood problem, one of which is raising the embankment. The steps to achieve these goals are hydrological analysis and hydraulics analysis. The hydrological analysis consists of calculating the average rainfall, calculating the planned rainfall, testing the suitability of the frequency distribution, calculating the flood discharge, and calculating the cross-sectional capacity of the river. Hydraulics analysis using the HEC-RAS program. The results of the analysis obtained that the Lamong river flood control used a 25-year return period, and planned flood control by adding the height of the embankment at the overflowing point of the river. Segment II Q = 167.68 m³/s with the addition of the right and left embankments as high as 2-5 meters. Segment III Q = 274.65 m³/s with the addition of the right and left embankments as high as 2-5 meters. Segment IV Q = 352.14 m/s with the addition of the right and left embankments as high as 2-3 meters. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Kali Lamong terletak di Provinsi Jawa timur, DAS Kali Lamong meliputi sejumlah daerah yaitu Kabupaten Lamongan dan Mojokerto. Bagian hulu Kali Lamong terletak di kabupaten Lamongan dan Mojokerto, sedangkan bagian hilir terletak di perbatasan Kota Surabaya dan Gresik, serta bermuara ke Selat Madura. Kali Lamong memiliki panjang Kali ±103 km dan lebar Kali ± 50 m dengan luas Daerah Aliran Kali (DAS) ±720km². Saat musim hujan Kali Lamong sering terjadi banjir. Banjir ini dikarenakan aliran balik (backwater) dan dimensi penampang saluran tidak mampu menampung debit yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindakan yang akan dilakukan untuk mengatasi banjir akibat luapan Kali Lamong , serta memerlukan alternatif dalam mengatasi permasalahan banjir yang tepat salah satunya meninggikan tanggul. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced activities at the terminal to experience many limitations, such as limited operational period, limited maintenance budget to limitations in providing passenger services. The existing condition of the observation data shows that some facilities are lacking to reach the standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition and completeness of the facilities at the terminal to meet the minimum service standards of PM No. 40 of 2015 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Evaluation of the level of satisfaction of service users with their facilities is carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis methods. Based on the results of observations, 16 indicators (41%) were fulfilled from a total of 39 indicators. The CSI value of the facility is only 75.6% (Poor). While the IPA results obtained 6 quadrants I variables which are the main priority for improvement, 5 quadrant II variables that need to be maintained, 5 quadrant III variables which are a low priority for improvement, and 2 quadrant IV variables whose performance is excessive so it should be reduced. The results of CSI and IPA observations can be used as a basis for improving the operations and services of the Arjasa Terminal entering the post-Covid-19 pandemic. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Terminal Arjasa di Kabupaten Jember merupakan terminal penumpang Tipe B berfungsi melayani kendaraan penumpang umum untuk angkutan antar kota dalam provinsi (AKDP), angkutan kota (ANGKOT), serta mobil penumpang umum (MPU). Pandemi Covid-19, memaksa aktivitas pada terminal mengalami banyak keterbatasan, seperti: keterbatasan masa operasional, keterbatasan anggaran pemeliharaan hingga keterbatasan dalam pemberian pelayanan penumpang. Kondisi eksisting dari data observasi memperlihatkan beberapa fasilitas kurang untuk mencapai standarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kelengkapan fasilitas di terminal terhadap pemenuhan standar pelayanan minimum PM No. 40 Tahun 2015 masa pandemi Covid-19. Evaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap fasilitasnya dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan terpenuhinya 16 indikator (41%) dari total 39 indikator. Nilai CSI fasilitas hanya 75,6% (Kurang Baik). This study aims to compare landfill sites using different waste management scenarios through the application of 3Rs and composting compared to the analysis of land requirements without the application of 3Rs. Methods used in this research were field survey at TPA Tegalasri, Kabupaten Blitar, and quantification using tools Ms.Excel. The results showed that the landfill site requirement for the Tegalasri landfill in the fifth year of planning was 6.9 Ha (without 3Rs and composting) while the application of 3Rs and composting would only require 2.8 Ha. Likewise, for the 10th year, 15th year, and 20th year, the need for TPA land for a waste management system without 3R and composting is 13.2 Ha, 20.8 Ha, 29.7 Ha, while TPA land with the application of 3R and composting is 5.4 Ha, 8.6 Ha, and 12.2 Ha, respectively. The layout of the TPA land is designed based on the condition of the land slope as well as the design criteria of a sanitary landfill, which divides into Zones I, II, and III for waste dumping cells, waste processing zones, buffer zones, IPAL zones, offices, and operational roads. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Berkembangnya kawasan perkotaan dan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk menyebabkan kebutuhan infrastruktur pengelolaan sampah terus bertambah, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan penyediaan lahan untuk Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kebutuhan lahan TPA menggunakan skenario pengelolaan sampah yang berbeda yaitu dengan penerapan 3R dan pengomposan yang dibandingkan dengan analisis kebutuhan lahan tanpa penerapan 3R. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah survey lapangan dengan studi kasus di TPA Tegalasri, Kabupaten Blitar serta perhitungan kuantitatif menggunakan alat bantu Ms.Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan lahan TPA Tegalasri di tahun kelima perencanaan adalah 6,9 Ha (tanpa 3R dan pengomposan) sedangkan dengan penerapan 3R serta pengomposan hanya akan membutuhkan 2,8 Ha. Demikian juga halnya untuk tahun ke-10, tahun ke-15 serta tahun ke-20 kebutuhan lahan TPA untuk sistem pengelolaan sampah tanpa 3R dan pengomposan berturut-turut yaitu 13,2 Ha, 20,8 Ha, 29,7 Ha, sedangkan kebutuhan lahan TPA dengan penerapan 3R dan pengomposan secara berturut-turut adalah 5,4 Ha, 8,6 Ha, dan 12,2 Ha. The leading cause of global warming is the emission of carbon dioxide gas as a greenhouse effect from human activities. An increase in population can lead to an increase in occupancy. The high intensity of land use turns out to have a direct or indirect impact on increasing the production of greenhouse gas emissions. There should be an alternative developer of housing development. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), a green certification agency in Indonesia, issued a green concept assessment for the area, Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0. This research aims to determine the Greenship rating of the site and determine what work is needed to increase the Greenship 1 (level) rating in the Graha Riski Harmoni Housing area and the costs that must be incurred. The assessment begins with the provision of secondary data in this device, the Greenship Neighborhood version 1.0 site plan, and the AHSP of Banyuwangi Regency in 2020. With interviews and field observations, measurement results use seven benchmarks: LEE, MAC, WMC, SWM, CWS, BAE, and IFD. Based on the analysis and assessment, the Graha Riski Harmoni Housing area gets a score of 27 or 22.13%, so it has not met the minimum green area limit according to GBCI. Residential areas require a minimum of six additional jobs to get a score of 45 or 36.88% to meet the minimum green area limit with a Bronze predicate. The need cost for a rating upgrade of Rp. 2,045,276,163 or if rounded to Rp. 2,046,000,000. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pemanasan global merupakan isu yang menjadi landasan banyak sektor untuk menentukan arah pengembangan. Penyebab utama pemanasan global adalah emisi gas karbon dioksida sebagai efek rumah kaca dari aktifitas manusia. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan akan hunian. Intensitas penggunaan lahan tinggi ternyata baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berdampak peningkatan produksi emisi gas rumah kaca. Seharusnya para pengembang memikirkan alternatif pengembangan perumahan. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) sebagai lembaga sertifikasi konsep hijau di Indonesia mengeluarkan sebuah perangkat penilaian konsep hijau untuk kawasan yang disebut Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 . The large amount makes peat water an alternative source of water for people who live on peatlands even though they have not met the standards of clean water quality. This study aims to treat peat water using the ceramic membrane filtration process of clay materials and coal fly ash for the removal of color and organic substances Research is conducted by varying the composition of the material and temperature of ceramic membrane combustion with the composition of TL:FA (60:40; 50:50; 40:60%) and combustion temperature (750; 800; 850 ºC), and calculating the rate of flow speed (flux). The best composition of materials and combustion temperatures are obtained at a composition of 50:50% and a temperature of 850 ºC with the efficient removal of color and organic substances are 98.70% and 94.35% respectively. In contrast, the highest flux values are obtained in ceramic membranes with a composition of 40:60% and combustion temperatures of 850 °C which is 0.96 L / m2.h. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Air gambut adalah air permukaan atau air tanah yang banyak terdapat di daerah pasang surut, berawa dan dataran rendah, berwarna merah kecoklatan, dan memiliki kandungan organik tinggi. Jumlahnya yang banyak membuat air gambut menjadi sumber air alternatif bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di lahan gambut meski belum memenuhi baku mutu air bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengolah air gambut menggunakan proses filtrasi membran keramik dari bahan tanah liat dan fly ash batubara untuk menyisihkan warna dan zat organik Penelitian dilakukan dengan memvariasikan komposisi bahan dan temperatur pembakaran membran keramik terbaik dengan komposisi bahan TL:FA (60:40; 50:50; 40:60 %) dan temperatur pembakaran (750; 800; 850 oC), serta menghitung laju kecepatan alirannya (fluks). It generates a budget change as a consequence. Project delays also occurred in Entikong PLBN Multi Purposes Building Project, West Kalimantan; therefore, an “addendum” time had to be submitted for the 31st week. According to the identified problems, the purpose of this study is to analyze the time acceleration to achieve project time reduction and cost savings. The analytical approach uses a fast-track method widely applied and proven effective in time reduction through overlapping the critical activities. The result of the project schedule shows that the normal duration of 359 days turned into 302 days; therefore, a reduction in time of 57 days can be obtained. Time reduction through project acceleration was 15,88% without causing an overallocated resource. The time reduction impacts project cost efficiency, especially in indirect cost savings of Rp 17.345.955. Implementing the fast-track method by paying attention to the allocation and availability of resources provides an optimal schedule. Thus, the risk of unrealized activities due to acceleration can be minimized. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Proyek konstruksi memiliki karakteritik unik, dinamis dan kompleks,sehingga sering ditemukan ketidaktepatan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Pada saat waktu penyelesaian proyek tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan, hal ini membawa konsekuensi pada perubahan pembiayaan proyek. Keterlambatan proyek juga terjadi pada proyek gedung serbaguna PLBN Entikong, Kalimantan Barat sehingga harus dilakukan addendum waktu pada minggu ke-31. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan yang teridentifikasi, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis percepatan waktu sehingga diperoleh pengurangan waktu pekerjaan dan penghematan biaya proyek. Pendekatan analisis menggunakan metode fast-track dimana telah banyak diimplementasikan dan terbukti secara efektif dalam mereduksi waktu penyelesaian dengan menata aktivitas-aktivitas kritis secara tumpang tindih (overlapping). Hasil penjadwalan proyek menunjukkan bahwa durasi normal proyek selama 359 hari menjadi 302 hari, sehingga terjadi reduksi sebanyak 57 hari. Pengurangan waktu dengan melakukan percepatan adalah sebesar 15,88% tanpa menyebabkan overallocated sumber daya. Pengurangan waktu berdampak pada efisiensi biaya proyek, yaitu penghematan biaya tidak langsung sebesar Rp 17.345.955. Penerapan metode fast-track dengan memperhatikan alokasi dan ketersediaan sumber daya, dapat memberikan jadwal yang optimal.
