Using Microsoft's Kinect sensor, to get the depth information. Through the analysis of the characetristics of hands, put out a kind of new features for statistical learning which approximate with Harr-like feature. The new feature is good at describing complex hand shape degeneration. With the help of Adaboost statistical learning, gets the training model. First form a square grid Agent system which contains multiple Water Agent, and the Water Agent was used to describe and depict the spread phenomenon of pollutants, and then a remote sensing intelligent grid was built based on Agent to manage the vast and distributed image data of the basin, meanwhile, the high performance computing power was offered to a huge number of Water Agent containing pollutants by the use of the grid middleware. On this basis, the contaminant transport process was fully displayed by 3S technique, finally, the platform was applied to an emergent water pollution incidents of Weihe River. Firstly, the theories of these color difference formulas are studied. Then, experiments are operated to compare the performance of these color difference formulas. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that CIE94 is more precise and efficient at extracting image dominant colors. However, the choice of color difference formula is closely related to the special condition. Hierarchical task network (HTN) is the most widely used method to construct automatic planners. for typical HTN algorithm, if the current state does not support any decomposition prescription, the HTN planner will not try to change the state, but just return failure. This characteristic requires personnel to compile a large prescription database, which is time consuming. to overcome this shortcoming, the paper infuses upward-backtracking mechanism to improve HTN algorithm. The method of coupling model with neural network and projection pursuit is an ideal tool to deal with the problem of nonlinearity, and it is very steady, but can not ideally solve the problems of multicollinearity among independent variables. If there is no intensive study from the system point of view, it will be very hard to understand the key technologies of IoT. in order to better study IoT and its technologies this paper proposes an extent six-layer architecture of IoT based on network hierarchical structure firstly. then it discusses the key technologies involved in every layer of IoT, such as RFID, WSN, Internet, SOA, cloud computing and Web Service etc. According to this, an automatic recognition system is designed via integrating both RFID and WSN and a strategy is also brought forward to via integrating both RFID and Web Sevice. Firstly, the development and the implement method of the Quality Function Deployment both here and abroad were studied.
