Firstly, the development and the implement method of the Quality Function Deployment both here and abroad were studied. 摘要

在分析船舶动力装置设计中缺乏将船东需求映射到船舶动力装置设计过程的有效方法的基础上,提出了将质量功能展开应用于船舶动力装置设计过程的方法。首先,对国内外质量功能展开的发展和实施方法进行了研究。在此基础上,研究了质量功能展开在船舶动力装置设计过程中的瀑布分解法和质量屋的构建方法。研究了应用过程中需求指标的计算方法、关联指标的计算方法以及模糊问题的求解等相关问题。通过本文的研究,提供了一种新的科学方法来提取船东的需求,并将船东的需求映射到船舶动力装置的设计过程中,为船舶动力装置的规范化设计提供参考。
