The research method used is descriptive qualitative research design that aims to describe and to summarize various conditions, various situations, or various phenomena of social reality which exist in the community as the object of research. Analysis the data obtained in this study uses the Content Analysis strategy as a method of analyzing text and language. The results show that the method of the Prophet Muhammad in educating Ahl al-Shuffah included the method of giving advice, motivation methods, Intimidation methods, exemplary methods, discussion methods, persuasion methods, court methods, blessing methods, memorization, mulazamah, and game method. Through these subjects, expected learners have appropriate moral with the teachings of the Islamic religion (Isamic Values Morality). In fact, the Islamic religious education and learning Manners hasn’t been fullest fruition, as evidenced by the diverse social irregularities committed by learners good level of elementary or high school. Therefore it is important to let the learning approach using a model Living Values Education (LVE). Because it is a personal approach with LVE mengidupkan twelve values (peace, respect, love, responsibility, joy, cooperation, honesty, humility, tolerance, simplicity and unity) that can assist in safely Isamic Values Morality. LVE then approaches through learning can be felt with the heart as well as implemented in everyday life by not forgetting that the educator is a great model for learners. The existence of the consistency between words and deeds of educators is crucial. The application of the approach to learning PAI and LVE in manners can be performed on the stage of the opening, the core and close by bringing positive energy like smiling and always appreciate as well as providing convenience for learners. so educators will get his heart and make it easy for yourself to develop the Isamic Values Morality as well as applied in everyday life. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research design. Analysis of the data obtained in this study uses the Content Analysis strategy as a method of analyzing text and language. The result shows that the provision of islamic education toward teenagers is related to the teaching of monotheism, mahdoh worship and ghoiru mahdoh. Difficulties experienced include the lack of Islamic knowledge of parents and the activities of teenagers outside the home make the intensity of parents giving advice to their children less than optimal, teenagers have unstable psychological conditions that make they postpone parents’ orders, especially when ordered to perform shalat. Whereas the provision of islamic education to teenagers does not have a negative impact on children’s religious behavior, because bringing a private tutor and sending their children to Islamic school are the best solution for Mualaf parents. It is a matter of concern because in the era of rapid technological development, the virtues of morality, character, morals, and dignity are important for the future of the nation. Therefore, in order to scrutiny the cause of the problem above, the researcher conducted a study on the competence of Islamic education teachers and teachers of civics and comparing it with general teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine significant different between the personality of Islamic education teachers and civics education teachers with other teachers on the instilling of character building education-based Islamic values. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The type of research is field research. The location of this research was conducted at SMA Islamic Village, Tangerang, Banten. The subjects of this study are 36 respondents of Islamic education, civics, and general teachers. The data were collected through questionnaire and were analyzed by T-Test (Independent Sample Test) on SPSS version 24.0 for windows. The results showed us that there is no significant difference between the personality of Islamic education and civics teachers (X1) and the general teachers’ personality (X2). This result is concluded from the result of the T-Test (Independent Sample Test) that the results of 2-tailed (Sig. 2-tailed) significance value of 0.495 and 0.485 is greater than probability 0.05 (p = 0.495 and 0.485> 0.05). The results are also reinforced by the absence of the mean difference of two samples, that is X1 = 6.578 and X2 = 7.025. PTK is carried out in two cycles. There is an increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes. The daily repetition rate before the action research (Pre PTK) 67.25 rose to 74.25 in the first cycle and 80.50 in the second cycle. Percentage of completeness before PTK 63.33% (complete 19 students), to 76.67% (completed 23 students) in the first cycle and 96.67% in the second cycle (complete 29 students) of 30 students. Culture language is derived from Sanskrit buddhayah from the word of mind means the mind or reason, got the sense by Koentjaraningrat said that culture is the power of creativity, intention, and taste, when added the prefix \"to\" and the end \"an\" got the word culture has the meaning of behavior or community behavior that is mutually agreed upon in living the rules of life (Srihadi & Srimuryati: 2013: p.102). This is in line with the 5.0 industrial revolution that is being adopted in Japan where society is the basis of the development of the industrial revolution. Under the industrial revolution 4.0, the teacher already faces problems with technological development. In Islam, this is highly recommended to be able to master technology. One problem of teacher competencies is when technology becomes a reason for someone unwilling to memorize. At least the output of the Quran generation is capable of being globally competence teachers. This paper discusses the improvement of original and authentic competencies in facing the 5.0 industrial revolution.
