Firstly, a new model is constructed though introducing dummy drivers. Then, the parameters estimation method and recursive function of the model are discussed. Furthermore, dummy driver setting, pre and posttest methods of dummy drivers are proposed. At last, the per capita income forecasting of rural residents in Henan province of China is solved with the proposed model. The NGBSM model combines the advantages of the self-memory principle of dynamic systems and the traditional nonlinear grey Bernoulli model through a coupling of the above two prediction methods. The weakness of the traditional grey prediction model, i.e., being sensitive to the initial value, can be overcome by using a multi-time-point initial field instead of only a single-time-point initial field in the system's self-memorization equation. As shown in the case study of China's SO2 emissions, the NGBSM model can take full advantage of the system's multi-time historical data and accurately predict the system's evolutionary trend. Three popular accuracy check criteria are adopted to test and verify the reliability and stability of the NGBSM model, and its superior predictive performance over other traditional grey prediction models. The empirical results show that: audit committee and nominations committee can encourage social responsibility disclosures. The diligence of the Board has a positive impact on social responsibility disclosures; as does the technical and political background of the number of the Board. Board compensation incentive can improve social responsibility disclosures. The impacts of Board governance on corporate social responsibility disclosures are both common and different in state-control enterprise and non-state-control enterprise. The characteristics of the model are analyzed and a maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) calculation formula is built in the cases of time terminated testing and fixed failure number testing (commonly known as Type I censoring and Type II censoring). It is pointed out that if MLE has multiple extrema, the quasi- Monte-Carlo method can be used for parameter calculation. Furthermore, test methods for goodness of fit are given. This paper proposed that whether price could be an effective signal for producers depends on the regularity of price changes. If the changes of price itself show a clear trend, producers are likely to form a stable and consistent expectation about the future price, then the past price would be an effective signal for producers, otherwise, it would not be effective. Underlying such contexts, their decisions should be adjusted appropriately. Taking the change of China cotton planting acreage from 1979 to 2005 as a example, this paper attempts to test the above hypotheses by empirical study. This article applies the Grey forecasting GM(1,1) model from Grey theory to forecast accurately the informatization index of China and other countries from 2013 to 2020 and makes comparison between them. The results show that the average residual error of the Grey forecasting model is lower than 10%. They further show that the Grey forecasting model exhibits high prediction accuracy. Clearly, the Grey forecasting model is a viable means of accurately forecasting the value of informatization index. This method uses quantile to define the contour lines and forecast future values based on contour time sequences decided by qualified unequal-interval contour lines. For the empirical analysis, this paper uses monthly prices of two metals - nickel and zinc -to assess the forecasting performance of modified grey wave forecasting model. In this paper, by integrating grey relational analysis with the label propagation algorithm and the parallel framework, a new parallel algorithm for detecting overlapping communities is proposed. The similarity of the vertices is measured by the grey relational degree and the parallel computation primitives are employed to propagate the labels in parallel.
